I can say that I will still go back here. Because overall I has a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The location and the friendly receptionist, Lyly. She is so kind and very comfortable to talk to.

Cons:

It’s not really I don’t like, but the cleaning lady just enter my room when I’m still inside (and didn’t request for “make up room”). She just replenish the bottled water in my room. Hoping next time, they will not do it if the guest is not requesting for it.

Brilliant place to stay close to the beach and restaurants
Pros:

Our room was great with a small balcony overlooking the street, it was in a fantastic location and the staff were wonderful. It was our second stay and we will stay again next time we come to An Bang

Amazing stay. Thank you Ms. LyLy and team. So close to the beach. Comfortable apartment. Nice Spa with 15% discount for house guests. We will definitely come back.

The staff here are so genuine and sincere.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. I had a motor bike accident while staying here and the staff did everything possible to help me. They were so kind.

Pros:

Понравилось всё.

Cons:

Не понравился маленький холодильник. И очень, очень, очень много местных людей на пляже, они все приезжают туда кушать и пляж превращается в сплошную едальню, места нет и даже не пройти.

Steps from the beach
New room with appliances
All smiles and gestures until you actually make a request (help carry luggage, receipt, locked out)

Cons:

* Staff leaves at 10pm and the front door fob didn’t work, so I was locked out at night. No one answered the phone or replied my msg.
* Cleaning lady was sleeping on the bed in the room when I entered my room.
* Got yelled at by the receptionist/owner because I asked for a receipt after paying in cash. If you pay in credit it’s extra 3%. After which she entered the room when I was away to leave a note asking not to mention what happened in the review. Sketchy.
* Also, my partner had to carry our luggage (20kg) 3 floors up (and down..) cause there was no one there to help.
* There is no way to fully darken the room, since curtains are not sealed and front door is glass.

Pros:

Great value for money.
The location was perfect, 30 seconds to the beach and there is very good selection of bars, restaurants and cafes to suit all your needs.
The beach entrance is right by hotel but I'd recommend taking a walk (left or right) a few mins away from the entrance and you'll find bars that offer food and drinks and you'll get a sunbed included.

In the town there are bars that stay open late, the Bungalow Beach bar was a favourite with friendly staff, great selection of beers and a pool table.

The room had all the amenities you'd need for a short or long stay. Handy addition was a washing machine which helps if you are travelling around Vietnam.

The staff were lovely, helpful and always smiling.
There is a spa attached on the ground floor if you wish to pamper yourself.

Hoi An is 10 minutes away by taxi and there is usually taxis nearby and was easy to jump between the two locations.

I would return to An Bang Apartments if I have the opportunity to come back here.

This was a little gem
Pros:

This place was fantastic and such good value for money. There were two double beds, we only needed one, but there was still plenty of room. It was clean and the facilities were excellent. Only 100 metres from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. Easy access to Hoi An only 10 minutes in a taxi.

Cons:

Can’t think of a thing.
