Receptionist was lovely & welcoming. rooms were clean , room was a little small but ok for 1 night.

Lady at reception was really helpful my mother was with me and had just come out of hospital and was in a wheelchair and I forgot to book a room suitable the lady at reception changed our accommodation to suit our needs straight away she was brilliant no hassle at all I really appreciated that as it was my fault

Location and comfortable beds
Staff member called elaine was awful and very rude and ignorant and very unwelcoming...has really put us off staying again as this is 2nd time we had to endure her over last few weeks put first time down to maybe just she was having a bad day etc but gosh it was same but worse this time which why im leaving this comment...i wouldnt let her be meeting new guests on arrival if you want returning customers.

No wifi - internet on phones is extremely bad- so effectively no internet during the stay. Check in time is late and check out is very early. Staff at the pub downstairs are quite rude. Reception staff good and friendly.
