Great location, good accomodation
Pros:

Location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the supermarket next door with breakfast and lunch counter was so good:. Beds very comfortable and room spacious, staff very helpful and nice, lovely terrace with lots of greenery on the roof. We left our suitcases after check out in dedicated luggage room before the cruise and came back to pick up in the afternoon, 10 min in a taxi from airport and 10 min to cruise port, location was perfect

Cons:

No lift, and water presume with hot water takes time to get going but nice hot water after a bit is great, shower facilities could be improved but 1 or 2 nights before cruise this hotel is a great option

La réception pas climatisée...y fait tres tres chaud ( mi-avril) , si vous payé avec carte de crédit ajouter 2.50$ US sur votre facture... Et si vous payé comptant Attention y va peut-etre vous charger 2.50$ US en plus sur votre facture ! Vérifier !
Anglais approximatif . Chambre pas pire , climatisation bruyante , matelas vraiment pas confortable , toilette archaique , pas d ascenseur! Porte de toilette a ajuster et fait un bruit d enfer , pas bcp de variété de restaurants dans le coin

Our stay was great for one night.
Pros:

I loved the proximity to restaurants and the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing I remember was the fact that you could not check in after 12am. The main door is locked, and you have to have a key to get in and out which made us feel very secure.

Cons:

The only thing I didnt like was the fact that we had to step up into the bathroom and the toilet was a little too low for me and my husband as we are taller. If you are on the shorter side you will be fine. We also did not have any hot water so showers were very short. You have to also be mindful whne travelling with your luggage. There are no elevators so be mindful.

Excellent home base to explore the Condado area of San Juan
Pros:

Overall excellent stay in this family-run hotel. Nice size room and bathroom. Cold AC. Within walking distance of beach, Condado district and nearby shopping areas. Great and affordable location as I needed a place to stay before my cruise the next day.

Cons:

No real issues.

Pros:

The location and easy checkin process

Cons:

I left very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean at all. There were stains on the sheets and pillows, and there was even hair inside the mattress. The bathroom had insects moving around, and the shower area was dirty. Water pressure was very weak, making it difficult to use the shower properly.

The room only had three bars of low-quality soap as amenities. The sheets and towels seemed unwashed, and the room was full of mosquitoes.

In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Noise from the neighboring room was extremely loud; we were woken up at 3 AM, and the sound insulation was essentially nonexistent.

Even though my expectations were not high, the level of cleanliness and overall condition of the room was unacceptable.
