Pros:

Hill location, pool , staff , breakfast, all was at a decent level.

Cons:

Private wedding fireworks blasting at 23:00 few meters of your balcony window, setting you in a war mode and scaring your kids with a lifetime trauma. Any level of low inteligence / non caring managment should have never allowed this at that location and time without notice. I hope several people complained and nobody would experience this in the future.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. You have to improve the service if your ambition is to provide comfort to the guests

Vue magnifique
Pros:

Vue magnifique et superbe piscine, l’accès à la plage est facile, juste devant l’hôtel.
Accueil parfait et très aimable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus travaillé. Et la restauration le soir est très limitée, je n’ai vu quasiment personne manger.

I absolutely loved it and I will stay at the hotel in future.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. You are a 5 minute taxi ride from the Old Town in Ohrid. Your views of the lake are undisturbed. They have just opened the new outdoor pool and the staff at the pool were fantastic.

Cons:

In the bedrooms there is a massive mirror on the wall above the desk/dressing table and the TV is placed on top of this. So there is no space to put a laptop on the desk to do work, you also cannot sit at the table and do your makeup becuase the TV is in the way. They should put in mirrors that are not as high and then mount the TV's above the mirrors.

Cons:

Far from a 5 star. Max 2 stars as the roo.s are tiny, the staff doesnt want to be theere. Its ridicilous to go to a macedonian hotel amd the wait staff from nepal doesnt speak macedonian and speaks enlish with a heavy accent. If you are going to charge these rates than find quality wait staff. There is a hospitality university in ohrir for gods sake.
