Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See ist Top, ebenso wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gegeben.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge sind Kaputt, wie z.B lose Sockelleisten, kaputte Armaturen, kein heißwasser in den Duschen im Spa, teilweise Schimmel in den Nassräumen… Es hat m.M nach keine 5 Sterne verdient. Man fühlt sich eher vie in einem größerem 3 Sterne Hotel. Auch das Frühstück war leider nicht so gut.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I stayed on the top floor, in the last room, and every evening I had the same issue – there was no water pressure until most of the other guests had finished showering. Only late at night would the water pressure finally return to normal.

I reported the problem to the reception several times during my stay. Each time I was told that a technician would come and inspect the issue. However, no technician ever came. It became obvious that the staff already knew what the real problem was: the hotel’s water system cannot provide sufficient pressure when multiple rooms are using water at the same time.

For a hotel that presents itself as a high-end property, basic necessities such as a reliable water supply should not be an issue. Expensive decorations, luxury branding, and prestigious ownership mean very little when guests cannot take a normal shower during peak hours.

This problem occurred every single evening of my stay and was never resolved. I hope the management addresses the underlying infrastructure issue rather than continuing to offer excuses to guests.

Pros:

Hotel se nahaja na odlični lokaciji – dovolj blizu mesta, da je vse pri roki, hkrati pa v objemu narave, kar zagotavlja mir in sprostitev. Gostoljubje je na vrhunski ravni, hrana je odlična, prostori pa udobni in prijetni za počitek. Hotel ponuja vse, kar si lahko zaželite za brezskrbne in udobne počitnice. Priporočam ga vsem, ki cenijo naravo, mirno okolje in dobro počutje.

Overall good stay due to location and service, but facilities do not meet expectations.
Pros:

The location near the lake with trees and greenery was great! Facilities a bit outdated. They try to keep them clean....
Food is not bad, but choice is very limited.
The beach is nice, but beware of sharp stones that cut feet.

Cons:

Old facilities, outdated.
Not super clean.
Single beds are very narrow, the most narrow in many years in hotels I have seen.
There was construction on site, so there was a noise all day and stairs to the beach were closed.
Food selection small.

Pros:

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. However, we appreciated the free parking included in the room rate, the breakfast, and especially the incredible view from our room terrace overlooking the lake.

Cons:

The hotel is currently under renovation, which is noticeable throughout the property. The bathroom door in our room was in poor condition and needs urgent repair. Overall, the entire building appears to require significant refurbishment.

The sauna had an unpleasant smell, and the tiles in the swimming pool area are visibly damaged and deteriorating.

Many small details throughout the hotel would benefit from proper attention and maintenance — a skilled handyman would certainly have plenty to do, from repairs and finishing touches to thorough cleaning.

It would also be helpful to install a clear sign indicating where the swimming pool is located.
