Amazing staff and location for aurora
Pros:

Great escape outside of Rovaniemi, good spa facilities, aurora huts were as advertised

Cons:

Salt beds weren’t heated, hot pool water wasn’t very warm

INCREÍBLE, sin duda alguna regresaría con mi familia, el servicio fue excelente!! desde que llegamos al aeropuerto el chofer Ruslan fue muy puntual, amable y servicial, en el restaurante la comida es deliciosa y los meseros son increíbles ellos están al pendiente de ti todo el tiempo e identifican tus gustos así que siempre tienen un detalle cada vez que regresas, respecto al equipo de recepción como: Anneqa, Sonali, Aida, Diego, Bibek, son chicos muy atentos, nos ayudaron muchísimo con todas nuestras reservaciones, actividades, necesidades, etc. la verdad el equipo AITO, superó todas nuestras expectativas, las instalaciones del hotel están limpias, en excelentes condiciones, realmente es muy bonito, por las noches hay un silencio especial que en pocos lugares lo encuentras hoy en día y el cielo estrellado junto con las auroras boreales nos hicieron llorar de alegría, por último nosotras hicimos el bote sauna y también 10/10 el conductor Juan fue muy amable, puntual y además de ayudarnos a tomarnos fotos nos ofreció café, te, galletas, etc. Realmente nos sentimos muy seguras durante la actividad.
Si vienes a Rovaniemi en Aito lo encontrarás todo!, servicio de traslado, auroras boreales, spa completo!, actividades acuáticas, renos, comida deliciosa y gente maravillosa! ❤️❤️❤️

Pros:

Alles einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist ein Traum, obwohl in der Aurora App die Chancen ab dem Tag für Nordlichter nicht so hoch waren, konnte man sie sowohl am Himmel sehr stark leuchten sehen und auch im See gespiegelt. Traumhaft schön! Und das ganze Team ist super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. In dem Restaurant wird vom ersten Tag an gemerkt, welchenKaffee man gerne trinkt. Mit Somali und Bibek kann man einen wunderschönen Rentier Spaziergang unternehmen und der Fahrer für den Transport zum Flughafen oder Santa Claus Village unterhält seine Göste super während der Fahrt und erzählt interessantes über die Gegend. Alles perfekt!!!

Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht den angegebenen angaben. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr klein. Die Sauna ist nicht vollständig
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich schon aber wird mit viel unpassendem Kitsch überfüllt (künstliche Bäume mit weissen Blüten, Robbenfelle an der Wand, Perücken mit Hüten welche nicht zu Finnland gehören). Das Ressort wäre traumhaft an einem See im Wald gelegen.

Cons:

Viel unpassender Kitsch, nicht zu Finnland passend. Deko eher zu einem asiatischen Ressort passend. Es wird als 5 Stern angepriesen, entspricht aber max einem 2 Stern Hotel . Kleine Zimmer, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Kein Duschvorhang vorhanden, das ganze Bad wird beim Duschen nass. Asiatische Nudelsuppe auf dem Zimmer ist unnötig. Plüschteddy auf dem Bett ist unnötig Deko und könnte für mehr als 20 Euro gekauft werden. Teure Minibar. Eingesperre Rentiere mit Halfter und langem Seil ist nicht Tiergerecht. Rentiere laufe sowieso frei durch die Lodge, da müssen keine zusätzlichen Rentiere in kleinem Gehege eingesperrt werden. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Schüssel grünen Salat und die möglchkeit aus 4 weiteren Beilagen etwas auszusuchen. Diese wären zum Mittagessen passend gewesen aber nicht zum Frühstück. Zum Abendessen gab es wenig Auswahl. Die bestellten Penne Bolognaise waren angebrannt. Personal war unausgebildet und inkompetent. Spa Bereich klein und entspricht nicht den angegebenen angaben. Sauna undicht, Dampfbad extrem müffelig, nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights in late August , hardly anyone there. However a very enjoyable time there with breakfast, spa, sauna , pool and Himalayan rock salt beds , bikes, canoe all included . Set in a beautiful pine forest and lake . Enjoyed the spa & sauna every day which was prepared for us each day.
A special mention for Dipendra our waiter who was very amenable to satisfy our requests for additional items not on the menu.

Pros:

Das Personal ist super und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, man darf sich kostenlos Boote ausleihen und die Rentiere sind sehr süß auf dem Gelände. Das Schlafen im Baumhaus war ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Pros:

Tree house is a great experience.
Breakfast is good and generous. People of the restaurant are wonderful.
Aneeqa of the reception was great. She did her best to accommodate us kindly and pleasantly and to give us a good welcome feeling all along our stay. Thank you Aneeqa.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the Aurora Grill bar & dinner, with live fire, grilled food and drinks. Also The Traditional Finnish Sauna was super good in the Spa.
