Peace full and relaxing. Wall proofing is good.
Pros:

Like the fruits section and egg on the spot services. The staff acted super fast in clearing the used plates and cup.
The room daily cleaning services. He or she did a really good job without fail. Security guards are attentive and keep opening the doors for you. Staff greet you with their hand touching their chest happily. TV entertainment is wide varieties
and check in/out is super fast and clear

Pros:

The room is clean and the facilities meet with my satisfaction plus the food is delicious. Due to location of the hotel is in the middle between Batu Kawan and Penang Island, the night view is beautiful and also can be seen the Penang Bridge.
