Dragging your luggage up the steps to the hotel

The stupidity of going through a metal detector every time you entered or left the hotel. Nobody ever checked when bleep sounded, which was every time!

Very nice
Pros:

Very good location with sound proof facilities. The live band and in-hotel spa as well as Turkish bath are wonderful. Special thanks to MUSTAFA for offering a lot of warm greeting, suggestion and assistance.

Pros:

The service was excellent, specially I would like to mention both Kadir and Murad on the front desk and Osman the concierge, the cleaning staff have also been excellent, all of these staff members made our stay exceptional. We were a large family occupying three rooms for 8 days and every one of us had an exceptional stay. Not to forget The ladies at the breakfast buffet were excellent as well.

Cons:

Difficult to find anything except maybe the bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade.

Pros:

The location is very good, the food was nice, staff always available, nice view.

Bon emplacement.
Literie confortable.
Présence d’une baignoire.
Groom (bagagiste) : très gentil, accueillant et efficace.

Cons:

Piscine (eau froide, contours pas toujours propres, odeur désagréable).
Salle de sport : manque d’équipements.
Lounge Club : pas assez de choix et quantités insuffisantes.
Petit déjeuner : pas mal mais pas exceptionnel non plus.
