Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Tout le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. On s'y sent comme en famille, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
L'hôtel est très calme, parfaitement entretenu et d'une grande propreté. Les chambres comme les parties communes sont impeccables, et l'ambiance est reposante.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter !

Hôtel et magnifique
The location.
Very poor experience at this hotel. From the moment we entered, there was a damp and moldy smell in our room, the AC was out of order (in 40+ C heat) and there were not enough bed sheets and towels for our family of four. After alerting the front desk and insisting, they agreed to switch us to another room. The AC worked in our new room but again, only 2 towels and no bed sheets for the pull out sofa. As well, there is a night club/bar in the hotel and we could hear the noise and beat from our room until the early hours of the morning (even on the fourth floor). The vanity kit at the bathroom counter was opened and used, the carpet did not look clean and the attendant who brought up one of our bags set it down so roughly that it broke a beautiful item we had purchased in Marrakesh. Not even an apology from him or the hotel staff. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel and not representative of Moroccan hospitality which we experienced everywhere else. One of the poorest hotel experiences I have had in a while. Unclear as to why it is so highly ranked.

Très bien placé dans une rue tranquille à 1 mn d’une artère principale.
Franchement rien à redire. L’établissement est à la hauteur de sa jeune réputation.
Nous y retournerons désormais lors de nos séjours à Rabat
