Ce n’est pas conforme aux photos, tout est vieillot la moquette est passée, les portes vitrées ne ferment pas la poignée m’est restée dans la main

In short, enchanting hotel experience!
Pros:

This is a lovely boutique hotel. It had a gorgeous terrace and very comfortable beds. There was a useful sitting room and a large bathroom. The breakfast was phenomenal. We felt utterly spoiled. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Had the pool all to myself. Enjoyed the spa.

Cons:

D’avoir oublié de fermer les fenêtres la nuit, il est préférable de fermer pour le bruit, nous n’avons pas fait la même erreur la deuxième nuit et avons super bien dormis

Das Frühstück war absolut außergewöhnlich, sehr reichhaltig! Inzwischen hat das Art Hotel einen Gym mit top modernen Geräten.
Die Lage ist perfekt - viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert!!

Cons:

Das Bett in der Suite James Dean war sehr niedrig. Die zweite Dusche war funktional nicht brauchbar.

It is not a hotel you stay in, but a work of art you live inside.

My stay at The Art Palace Suites & Spa was exceptional from start to finish.

What makes this place special is that it doesn't feel like a typical hotel in Casablanca - it feels like a private art palace. Every corner, every suite is designed with so much taste and attention to detail. Clean, luxurious, quiet, and incredibly elegant.

The suite was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable I didn't want to leave. The bed is perfect, the amenities are high-end, and you feel real privacy.

The staff is what truly elevates it. Professional, warm, and always one step ahead. They made me feel at home from the first moment.

And the Spa... a real escape. So peaceful and perfectly done after a long day in Casa.

If you are looking for luxury, art, calm and excellent service in Casablanca - this is THE place. I will definitely be back.

Loved our 3 night stay here. The restaurant in the hotel also had amazing food.
Pros:

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They made us breakfast to go for our early flight. We really appreciated it.

Pros:

Personnel très sympa et très serviable, les personnes se chargent de garer votre véhicule et de faciliter votre séjour. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et propres. En cas de besoin, il y a de la réactivité. La dame qui s'occupe de la piscine est très sympa également (Fatima je crois). L'accueil était top. Je recommande.
