Fantastic 3-night stay in Casablanca!We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Art Palace Suites & Spa. The boutique themed suites are incredibly spacious, creative, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and highly accommodating throughout our entire visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities and the delicious breakfast options. The hotel's central location in Gauthier felt very safe and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

Welcoming, quaint hotel, nice staff, lovely lobby area.
Our suite, the 'Marilyn Monroe' was huge! A big bedroom, with a super comfortable bed, living room, balcony, two reasonably small bathrooms but one with a big spa bath. It was 80's painted red and black glass and a fake fire, which stays on constantly (no heat), but it was fun and very comfortable.
We were on our honeymoon so red roses were waiting for us on arrival which was lovely. Staff were very accommodating with requests (ironing board; extra coat hangers).
Location was perfect and very safe. The area is close to some great restaurants, cafes, shops and within walking distance of beautiful parks and the cathedral. We really enjoyed walking around the back streets and finding authentic Moroccan cafes.
Would definitely stay again and try another of their branded suites (as long as all the beds are as comfortable as the Marilyn suite!)
Coming out of the lift or room into a super dark hallway and desperately trying to get the lights to come on!
The blind overlooking the balcony from the bedroom was broken. Would have been nice to have more natural light in the room.
Room service was great and the restaurant produced the most delicious prawn and avocado starter that I ordered it again for room service. The room was very authentic in terms of Moroccan style and the staff were so helpful, from helping us find our way around, telling us where to go (sites) and also ordering us taxi's and making calls. I really enjoyed the hotel and it was so quiet (the rooms seem soundproofed). Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.
It was not the hotel's fault but if you are staying in Casablanca, try and avoid religious holidays as it does mean alot of the tourist sites are closed over this period. So we cut our stay short and headed to Rabat one day early.
This hotel is splendid and conveniently situated.

We loved it. Has charm, is comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Location is good, breakfast simple, but very nice. We stayed in the Elvis Presley suite, roomy and comfy with two bathrooms and TVs.
About the only thing, the Wi-Fi is spotty and slow, that's about it. Loved the place, would recommend it to our friends anytime.
There wasn’t much I liked about the place unfortunately
Upon our arrival, we noticed a few issues with the property. A dirty cleaning cloth had been left on the sofa, there was no hot water available, the water hose next to the toilet was broken, and the AC remote control was not properly attached to the wall. We did raise these matters during our stay, particularly the issue with the hot water. While efforts were made to resolve it, there was a lack of communication and, unfortunately, the problem was never successfully fixed and remained unresolved until our departure.
