Pros:

La terrasse de notre chambre était très bien. Les déjeuners étaient complètement fou. Le choix était impressionnant et tout était délicieux!

We loved our room, the location and the staff where all very helpful.

Die Lüftung vom gegenüberliegenden Cortes Ingles ist extrem laut, wenn man sich auf der Terrasse gemütlich machen will.

manque de sérieux et malhonnête
Cons:

il m'ont pris 200 euro de caution pour mon chien , il m'ont facture la nuit de mon chien et avant le depart il m'ont dis que tous était ok et qu'il allait me rendre la caution des 200 euro , j'ai meme une lettre de leur part ou il me dise que tout est ok et qu'il vont me rembourse , et maintenant , il me dise qu'il n'arrive pas a me remboursé sur ma carte de credit et que je dois me débrouiller avec la banque , quelle manque de sérieux et de profetionalisme

すべてが快適なホテルでした
Pros:

カタルーニャ広場が近く、目の前がエルコルテイングレスです。部屋のバルコニーからカタルーニャ広場を眺めることができました。カサバトリョやカタルーニャ音楽堂、ランブラス通りまで徒歩圏内で観光にはとても良い立地でした。とにかく朝食が美味しい上に種類が豊富で、サラダも多く大変良かったです。ベッドのマットレスがふかふかで非常に快適でした。基本的なアメニティも揃っており、毎日瓶に入った水を用意してくてます。

Cons:

スペインのホテルあるあるかもしれませんが、通常の2人用の部屋がツインルームかダブルルームかで、リクエストとしてしか受付てもらえず、ツインルーム確約のためにスーペリアルームにしたので値段が高くなってしまったことでしょうか
