Pros:

The rooms were clean. Good location.

Cons:

The only problem was the room only had a lock, it did not have the safety latch. This felt a little unsafe and not recommended for ladies staying alone.

初日、テレビが部屋に無かったので、きいたら、修理中とのこと、部屋を替えてくれと言ったが、明日には、テレビが入ると言うので、止むを得ず、了解する、トイレットペーパー無し。
翌日、市内観光をして、ホテルに戻り、テレビは直ったかと確認したら、直ったとの返事があり、部屋に入るやテレビが無いことを確認、また、部屋も出て行った時のまま、メイクされてなかった。
フロントにクレームを言い、部屋を替えて貰ったら、
他の備品は、揃ってたが、冷蔵庫が無かった。
貴社の当ホテルの備品として記載されてた備品が、正確に設置されて無かった。

Below average.
Pros:

The location was good, as it is close to KL Sentral mall, where you can shop and easily access the LRT. There are also a few restaurants nearby and a KK Mart right next door. The street can get quite lively on weekend nights. It is also only about a 5 minute drive to Little India.

Cons:

We arrived about an hour later than the mentioned time, but our room was still not ready. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for the cleaner to finish cleaning the room.
When we got into the room, the floor was still wet, as if it had just been mopped, and there was an unpleasant smell. The toilet also looked like it had only been splashed with some water rather than properly cleaned.
in the evening, there was a very strong cigarette smell on the floor, and the smell came into our room as well.
The air conditioner was also not cooling properly.We informed the staff about the issues, but the only response we received was, "Oh, okay, sorry." At that point, I really had no mood to argue, so I just left.
Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience, especially considering the room was not ready on time and there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues (AC).

Below Average
Pros:

Location is good but Hotel is below average. They were not even offered extra blanket and bed was too small. They were asking for extra amount for early check-in even when room was available. I was really disappointed with this one. Good thing that I chose this room for only one night.

Cons:

Nothing was good. Everything was just below average.
