المكان ممتاز .. من حيث وفرة الخدمات .. تحتار ايش تختار... بقالات سوبرماركتات قريبة جدا ومطاعم .. المكان ينبض بالحياة.
السكن واسع ومريح جدا
توفر دورتي مياه في الشقة
الاستقابل رائعين وحتى حاملي الحقائب جدا متعاونين
وجود مسجد كبير عند الاستقبال مباشرة
يعتبر من أرخص الشقق بجدة برغم وسعها ومستوى نظافتها الداخلي مناسب

لو يغيرون موكيت الممرات فهو قديم ومتسخ
الكوفي الموجود بالاستقبال لم يناسبني سعرهم غالي (حبة البيبيسي 5 ريال كثير)
