Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und komfortable Zimmer
Pros:

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels bezüglich Konzept, Personal und Zimmer ist sehr überzeugend. Alle waren sehr freundlich (hallo Luiz!) und unser Sohn im Kleinkindalter hat beim Einchecken ein kleines Memory-Spiel bekommen, das sind wirklich liebe Extras!
Das Zimmer war zwar nicht gross, aber toll durchdacht mit vielen Ablageflächen und Platz zum Verstauen. Die Klimaanlage, der Balkon, die Spülmaschine, die Kaffeemaschine (mit Nespresso Kapsel-System) sowie der Wasserkocher liessen keine Wünsche offen.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein sehr modernes und geräumiges Parkhaus.

Cons:

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man nicht zentral in Konstanz ist. Eine Anreise ins Zentrum mit Auto oder Bus ist also notwendig. Je nach Zimmernachbar kann es nachts vom Balkon her sehr laut werden (normale Gespräche schallen leider durch die geschlossenen Fenster ins Zimmer).

Das wir schnell wieder gehen konnten.

Cons:

Zimmer gebucht mit Klimaanlage. Empfang im Hotel englischsprachig mit "Bruchstückdeutschkenntnissen", naja. Dann hoch aufs Zimmer, bulligwarm. Also Klimaanlage angestellt, nichts passiert. Den Service angerufen, sagt es gibt gar keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator. Protest hilft nicht, aber Rezeptionistin will das klären, in 15min. Nach 30 min an der Rezeption nachgefragt, total überfragt diese Dame. Ok, dann halt kostenfreies Storno wegen Vertragsbruch, aber die Rezeptionistin will Manager schicken. Kam aber keiner, schließlich wurde das Storno akzeptiert und schriftliche Bestätigung zugesagt. Die kam dann 24h später ... Für einen Urlaubstag zuviel Nerverei, nie wieder dieses Hotel!!!

Lage etwas außerhalb,. Frühstück ok, Ausstattung gut. Personal freundlich aber Kommunikation etwas kompliziert.
