Schönes modernes Hotel mit super eingerichteten Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Zimmer, sowie das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön. Beim Frühstück hat es alles gegeben das man sich wünscht

Cons:

Das Personal hat teilweise nicht deutsch gesprochen und war eher überlastet. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war nicht sehr freundlich und eher "langsam".

Alles bestens und dem Preis angemessen, wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es häufiger Warteschlangen am Buffet, wenn man es aber nucht eilig hat, ist das kein Problem. Die Auswahl war auf jeden Fall gut und es wurde immer rasch nachgefüllt

Man bot uns an, sogar um 11 Uhr bei unserer Ankunft schon einzuchecken, obwohl wir nur nach der Abstellmöglichkeit fürs
Pros:

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Super freundliches Personal. Parkhaus direkt gegenüber. Busanbindung kostenfrei mit der Bodenseecard und Haltestelle gleich in Hotelnähe.

Es war alles ganz wunderbar 👍🤩

Séjour agréable a constance
Pros:

L'emplacement est bon pour aller en ville facilement. L'arrêt de bus est tout prêt.
La Literie est confortable
Le personnel est poli et attentionné.
Le garage juste en face de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Trop peu de couvert. Obligé de laver après chaque utilisation.
La fauteuil suspendu prend trop de place et empêche de poser ses sacs de voyage.

Mit dem Wäschewagen wird durch den essensraum gefahren, nur 1 Fahrstuhl für alle Gäste sowie Service Personal (lange Wartezeiten), Mitarbeiter sprechen kaum deutsch, Frühstück war Chaos, nicht dem Preis angemessen, Kaffeemaschine nicht nutzbar. Lange Warteschlangen beim Frühstück

Habe ein Video vom quietschen leider kann ich ihnen das nicht hochladen, konnten keine Nacht schlafe

War mal etwas anderes, Personal war nicht unfreindlich

Cons:

Personal konnte kein Deutsch und das in Deutschland, kein Handtuch wechsel und unsere Badezimmer Tür quietschte wie ein altes Scheunentor, wenn wir auf die Toiletten mussten weckten wir die anderen Gäste auf. Haben jeden Tag darum gebeten sie zu schmieren, sind auch mit dem Personal ins Zimmer gegangen. Und das kommende Wochenende ist es komischerweise für 3 Tage bereits um Euro 380,-- zu bekommen. Obwohl bereits Saison ist. Waren sehr enttäuscht!! VG
