i like staff the most kindness and nice person I can generate for the right opportunity to help me out and develop a better understanding.

Pros:

All staff here is very nice expecially Reception Mr. he followed by the policy and very flexible to me for payment about extend night stay due to i have a problem with my account and payment not sucesss but he tried hard to help as he know this is not followed by the policy and all staff here very good helpful. :-)

Pros:

Le personnel est super, d’une grande gentillesse et d’une grande aide, pour ma part lors de la perte d’un objet de valeur, qu’ils m’ont activement aidé à retrouver.
La chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner très bon.
L’hôtel se situe également proche des transports en commun ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans bangkok.
Merci pour ce séjour.

Cheap and loud. Good for one night with ear plugs.
Pros:

Affordable and comfortable mattress.
Not too far from Paknam Wat.
Has a local food market nearby.

Cons:

The hotel lobby looks modern and promising, but it stops there.
Poor breakfast.
The rooms are absolutely not soundproof. Walls are cardboard, doors are not insulated to the point it felt like sleeping in the corridor or sharing room with the neighbours. Bring your ear plugs!
No water pressure in the shower.
There was no safe in the room I had.
I had to disconnect the fridge in the room so much it was loud.

ร้านอาหารของทางโรงแรมอร่อย สะอาด บริการดี อาหารเช้าก็ดีพอสมควร แต่รายการอาหารอาจจะน้อยไปหน่อย อาหารบางอย่างควรมีจัดการวาว โดยที่ไม่ต้องขอจากพนักงาน ส่วนกาแฟดี ชอคโกแลตอร่อยดี

เข้าใจว่าพนักงานตรงต่อเวลามากในการ check-in จะต้อง 14.00 เป๊ะๆ ก่อน 2-3 นาทีก็ไม่ได้ แล้วจะต้องเข้าคิว แต่ไม่ได้มีบัตรคิวให้ ถามว่าจะรู้ได้อย่างไรว่า แขกคนไหนมาก่อนหรือมาหลัง ส่วนเรื่อง check-out ควรให้เลยเวลา 12.00 ก่อน ถึงจะโทรขึ้นมาถามว่าพักต่อหรือเปล่า ไม่ใช่ 11.20 โทรมาถาม แล้วแจ้งว่าต้องลงมาก่อนเที่ยง อันนี้แขกทุกคนที่เข้าพักน่าจะทราบอยู่แล้ว มันเลยดูไม่มีมารยาท เพราะแขกก็ยังไม่ได้พักเกินเวลา 12.00 เวลา check-in ยัง 14.00 เป๊ะ เวลา check-out ก็ควรให้แขก 12.00 เป๊ะๆ เช่นกัน
