An excellent hotel in a perfect location for all tastes.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. They also cooked eggs to your choice.

The coffee and water jugs were very heavy to lift and pour from.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Jõao is an exceptional manager. He was very informative and friendly, and fluent in English which is so important to us. His staff were excellent couldn’t be more helpful. Personalised service, welcome drink and personalised note made us feel very welcome and special. Room very clean, daily housekeeping, bottled water.

Ottima la posizione della struttura per visitare le varie attrazioni di Lisbona. Stanze nuove confortevoli e molto pulite. Nel complesso un bellissimo albergo.

We enjoyed our stay and would do it all over again.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Breakfast was a little light on options but what they served was excellent. Room was nice with sufficient space. Very clean and the staff were courteous.

Cons:

We visited during a heat wave and the staff kept removing the room key during the day which shut off the air conditioning, so by the time we returned at night the room had heated to 32 degrees. The air conditioning is weak so it took 4-5 hours to cool the room, so falling asleep was difficult. This was finally resolved by the staff on our 3rd day by making sure the room key was left alone, so from then onwards our evenings were much more comfortable.

After booking, I had difficulty confirming with the hotel that we would indeed have separate beds even though this was specified during booking. After pressuring the hotel a few times, I was finally guaranteed a room with separate beds.

Boa localização. Quarto e cama muito confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom e com opções diversas.

Cons:

O hotel era um pouco barulhento, então de dentro do quarto escutávamos muita movimentação nos corredores. O elevador é incrivelmente apertado e dificulta subir e descer com as malas. Apesar de bom, o restaurante do café da manhã era muito apertado.
