Utmärkt!
Pros:

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet. All personal var vänlig, hjälpsam och gav oss ett varmt bemötande under hela vistelsen. Städningen var utmärkt och rummet var alltid rent och fräscht. Ett särskilt tack till städerskan Halgüzel, som alltid mötte oss med ett leende och var otroligt trevlig.

Maten var mycket god med ett stort utbud och bra variation, så det fanns alltid något för alla smaker. Hotellet hade flera fina pooler, vilket gjorde det enkelt att hitta en plats att koppla av eller bada. Kvällsaktiviteterna för både barn och vuxna var uppskttade och bidrog till en härlig stämning.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och rekommenderar varmt hotellet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel, a nyaralásunk minden szempontból fantasztikus élmény volt.

Külön kiemelném a tisztaságot, a szállodában folyamatosan takarítottak, mindenhol igényesség és rendezettség fogadott minket.

A személyzet kedvessége is példaértékű volt, legyen szó az étteremről, a bárokról vagy a recepcióról – mindenki segítőkész, mosolygós és figyelmes volt.

Ami azonban a legmaradandóbb élményt nyújtotta számunkra, az az animátorcsapat és az általuk szervezett programok. Egyszerűen imádtuk őket! Lelkesek, vidámak és fantasztikus hangulatot teremtettek minden nap.

A spa részleg is kiemelkedő, a masszázst és a törökfürdőt mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk, számunkra a nyaralás egyik kihagyhatatlan része volt.

Köszönjük az egész csapatnak ezt a csodálatos élményt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, és szívesen visszatérnénk! ❤️

Pros:

The waiter in restaurant Ismail made our stay very pleasant. He really understand what the good service means. Always smiling and friendly. The food was tasty and the different variation every day. The evening animation program was excellent.

Cons:

The worst cleaning which i ever in Turkya experienced. Filling the water in fridges amd throw out the trash is not cleaning. First 2 days cleaner didnt even come to the room until i stopped her and confronted her that there is no water or toilet paper in the room.
Kids toilet next to pool needs to be cleaned properly!
Family hotel but no kids slides if i dont count one slide for whole hotel. Nothing for small kids.
The worst beach i have ever seen. Dirty water.
