Pros:

Everything is fine, a very good hotel. Before arriving, I checked the reviews, and many were negative, such as that it was dirty and infested with bugs.... I didn't see any bugs anywhere! The bedding and towels are snow-white.

Cons:

Everything is fine. Maybe the location is a bit difficult.

Cons:

- Nhân viên hotel ko hỏi ý khách có muốn dọn phòng k đã tự ý vào
- Check in lúc 14h nhưng k sẵn phòng phải chuyển sang phòng nhỏ trước bất tiện
- Sàn nhà khi bước vào có vũng nước màu vàng trong WC => vệ sinh quá kém
- Đặt phòng Suite đắt nhất của hotel nhưng trang thiết bị đều ko dùng dc
- Sauna báo hỏng bồn tắm chỉ dùng dc nước nóng
- Cách âm rất rất kém có thể nghe rõ tiếng tivi cãi vã và đóng cửa của các phòng khác
- Tôi gần như ko thể ngủ ở đây trong 2 ngày lưu trú

Lovely helpful staff in a location surrounded by great budget priced street food
Pros:

Staff were amazing. So kind and helpful.
Location was fine. I found a bank within reasonable walking distance and plenty of street food that is well priced, in the area.
Bathroom facilities were fine and shower was great.
Air conditioning worked great and was quiet. A bit of noise from neighbouring rooms with loud music and talking but it was short lived.
Decor was different - oversized and ostentatious for my liking but I already saw that in the photos. My windows had a view of a brick wall - like within 4cm of my window so that was a surprise...more so that any windows were put into my room. Beautiful new windows that served no purpose but must have cost the hotel a bit. I didn't mind at all as I was out looking at the city and had absolutely no need for windows. The area is built up so no place for a view in any case.
Elevator to the floor was a bonus and I was able to leave my luggage after check out to pick up later.

Cons:

A bit difficult to get transport - it seemed to take a while for grab drivers to find the place. But they have google.

The big issue was the bed. It was like sleeping on a yoga mat on a concrete floor. Fantastic that the mattress did not sag but this was at the other extreme and made sleeping almost impossible. I had neck and back pain from the inflexibility and awoke throughout the night because the stiffness in my neck and back became unbearable.
I am booked here again but am looking at cancelling the booking. I need to be able to sleep comfortably.

I am completely satisfied with the room, hotel environment and customer services
Pros:

Location, room, bathroom, bath towels, all of tables, nightstands, wardrobe, air conditioner, lobby and customer services.
The location is convenient. I was able to find everything I needed just like food, Highlands Coffee, grab cars, grab motorbikes and so on.
Room is big enough for my luggage is fully opened and where I could do exercises every morning like push-up.
Bathroom is big, and I like the showers with instant hot and cold water.
Bath towels are fresh and clean.
Tables, nightstands and wardrobe are clean and enough spaces to put all of my stuffs like laptop, phone charger, shirts, jeans and personal items.
New air conditioner is working well, cool air flowed as expected.
The lobby is cool for customers to wait for check-in.
Receptionists at reception desk and room housekeepers are so nice and friendly to communicate with pleasure.

Cons:

Toilette
Toilet seat was not stable in place. Water was not completely flushed things away.
