Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns einen guten Preis gegeben, nachdem wir die falschen Daten gebucht haben und sie nur noch eine Suite zur Verfügung hatten.

Cons:

Das Dusch und Bade-Wasser war nur lauwarm, oder eher kalt. Das Problem wurde dann aber doch noch behoben.

Pros:

Доброжелательный менеджер, всегда готов помочь. Отвечал на все вопросы и помогал. В номере чисто, горячая вода. Был пустой бассейн, который открыли для меня. Бассейн небольшой, но в жару было приятно.

Cons:

Завтрак был минимальный.

Pros:

The staff were really nice and they upgraded us to a different room as one of the rooms were not preferred by us. Really helpful otherwise and friendly people. View from the restaurant is also quite nice.

Cons:

The location is just a little away from the main Registan Square. But on the main road so well connected.

Our stay at Hayat was delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when I mistakenly booked a room for two instead of three (including a child). They went out of their way to assist with train bookings and provided helpful local information. The hotel is situated in a quiet area yet conveniently close to tourist attractions. While the breakfast was simple, it was sufficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
