Viaje con amigos
Pros:

Está muy céntrico y el personal (Oscar) es muy amable, llegamos de madrugada y estaban en recepción para recibirnos. Nos alojamos 7 personas en 2 habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Muy recomendado.

La atención de Óscar fue maravillosa
Pros:

La amabilidad del trabajador oscar. Nos ayudo en todo y nos recomendó sitios donde cenar y nos preparaba café por las mañanas

Pros:

Reservei o hotel apenas para um dia após voltar do vulcão Acatenango. Foi muito rápido mas confortável. Deixaram eu fazer check in antecipado, foram muito solicitos :) O hotel é uma graça! As áreas comuns são bem bonitas e o quarto é simples mas limpo e aconchegante! Se eu tivesse mais tempo, teria adorado passar mais tempo por lá 💗

It is comfortable if you stay here and go to visit the town, it is close to a park and a lot of food places.
Pros:

The place is so clean and neat, the patio is really nice, we were 4 in one room with one bathroom but we had access to other bathroom. The people who work here are really nice, they are so kind and helpful.
I stayed more time than expected but everyone was very understanding.

Cons:

They don’t have a table and chair inside of the room. Also there aren’t enough outlets. We only have one in the room.

Lovely hotel and staff, great value
Pros:

The location is quiet and calm, yet still walkable to everything. The garden is lovely. Our room was comfortable and stayed relatively cool inside with the fan provided, despite the warm afternoons. The staff are very kind and arranged a prompt, comfortable airport transfer for us.

Cons:

The floors were a little dusty and made our feet dirty. No hair dryer in the room (although I could have asked).
