Cons:

Vriendelijkheid receptionist (de eerste persoon die we spraken, de tweede was veel oplossend gerichter).
Discussie met die eerste receptionist die totaal niet wilde meewerken. Sprak bijna geen Engels, terwijl wij in het Duits niet goed kregen uitgelegd welke problemen er allemaal waren. Je kon niks avondeten omdat vanalles kapot was (staat niet op de site of op hun socials). De beoordeling die het hotel op booking.com krijgt, klopt in onze beleving totaal niet. Ik zou het maximaal een 6.0 geven.
