Pros:

Es war einfach perfekt, das Apartment war sooo sauber, modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Dominik und Maria waren einfach toll, jedes Mal, wenn wir etwas bräuchten oder etwas gefragt haben, die haben in ein paar Minuten geantwortet. Wir dürften auch kostenlos früher Check-in und Check-out machen, das war ja sehr nett und hilfreich für uns. Ich weiß nicht worüber ich als erstes darüber schreiben soll, war alles super. Eine sehr ruhige Lage aber stadtnahe auch. Auf jeden Fallllllllll sind wir nächstes Mal wieder daa.

This clean and handy flat in Bremen is hard to beat.
Pros:

This little apartment was just right for us. It was an easy walk to our German class. The flat was impeccably clean. We found that using the back door on the ground level saved us walking around the block when we left for class. We very much appreciated having the kitchenette, especially the coffee maker to start the day. We were able to make most of our meals in that kitchenette. That was a huge improvement over the nearby hotel where we were the week before, also nice and clean but coffee only at the cafe. The shower was great as well as the entire bathroom; very nice, modern design. Another added bonus was having laundry in the building which was a huge time saver. The Wi-Fi was always available and quite fast. One warning: give the door handle good pressure. When I first entered the door code, the door handle was so stiff it didn't seem to unlock. On the third try, I added more pressure and it worked. After we realized to add the right pressure, it was never a problem. The door does self-close so it's important to have either your mobile phone or the key fob.

Cons:

Printed directions for the microwave would have been helpful, any language would suffice with Google Translate to help. We are resourceful and figured out the basics. Also, can't help this, but our windows looked directly into an office building across the back alleyway. We kept the curtains drawn during business hours if we were home.

Eine Strasenbahnstation vom Hauptbahnhof und dann noch 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr gut schallisoliert, sehr schöne Zimmerausstattung, für jeden Tag 2 Kaffeekapseln, die Betten wunderbar, Ausstattung der Küche ist komplett und gut. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Am Wall gelegen, direkt im Grünen!

Gerne wieder, aber buchen und co. könnte einfacher sein.

sauber und übersichtlich, große Fenster zum Öffnen, modern, stadtnah, gute ÖPNV-Verbindung, Blick ins Grüne, Ladesäule fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten,

Cons:

Mit Glück einen Parkplatz gefunden, Haus noch in Renovierung, hellhörig, irgendwer hat nachts um 2 Möbel gerückt und es hörte sich an, als ob ein Kind aus dem Bett springen übt. Einloggen/ App runterladen etc war kompliziert und übers Handy benötigten wir mehre Versuche die Türen zu öffnen. Es lag nur 1 Schlüssel auf dem Tisch, 2 waren angekündigt.
