Pros:

4 lift van, nem kell sokat várni. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Egy folyosón lehet átmenni a méltán híres fürdőbe. Finom, változatos ételek. Friss zöldség, gyümölcs az étkezéseknél. Italok a vacsorához ingyenesek. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Cons:

Két dolgot tudnék mondani: az étteremben a 2 személyes asztaloknál a fa székek igen kemények, kényelmetlenek voltak. Gerincműtétem volt, ezért különösen fontos lett volna , hogy jól üljek. Esetleg párnával lehetne ezen javítani.
A másik negatívum az ágy., amely nekem puha volt.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Leider haben der Service und auch das Essen in letzter Zeit etwas nachgelassen. Auch die Therme müsste dringend komplett renoviert werden.

Trotzdem kommen wir weiterhin gerne, vor allem wegen des Thermalwassers, das uns sehr gut tut. Deshalb kommen wir immer wieder gerne zurück.

ganz tolles Frühstück, zu jeder Zeit alles verfügbar: das gleiche gilt für das Abendessen: das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Bereitstellung der Badetücher und Bademäntel war super;

Hotel nowoczesny, bardzo elegancko wyremontowany, materace nowe, bardzo wygodne, bez kolejek do wind, kulturalnie.

Cons:

Monotonne jedzenie, choć z szerokim wyborem dań. Jednak większość potraw ociekająca tłuszczem, zbyt mocno przyprawiona, słona.
No i nasze największe rozczarowanie choć nie obarczałabym tym hotelu- średnia wieku na sąsiadujących z hotelem termach to niestety 80+! Czuliśmy się jak na wyjeździe sanatoryjnym, a założenie było zgoła inne- wypoczynek w basenach - a nie w leczniczych nieckach z błotnistą wodą. Przestrzegam tym samym osoby w średnim wieku i młodsze- niestety hotel nie oferujące żadnych rozrywek dla naszego wieku, gdyż seniorzy będący większością gości idą po prostu spać wcześnie, aby od 9 rano okupować baseny lecznicze. Sam hotel robi swoje tzn karmi co 3h, jest ciepło czysto i miło, ale to pobyt dla osób 70+ niestety…

Personál bol veľmi príjemný a ochotný. Jedlo bolo chutné a výber bol naozaj skvelý. Veľkým plusom je aj to, že hotel je prepojený s kúpeľmi, čo je veľmi praktické a pohodlné.

Cons:

Izba bola prašná, okno bolo špinavé a rovnako aj sieťka proti hmyzu a balkónové dvere. Cez malé balkónové dvere sa izba prakticky nedala vyvetrať.
V kúpeľni nebol elektrický sušiak na uteráky, takže všetky uteráky a veci zostávali mokré. Župany a uteráky bolo možné vymeniť iba raz denne, takže už popoludní sme sa museli do kúpeľne vracať s mokrými uterákmi.
Ani čistota v reštaurácii nebola na požadovanej úrovni. Stoličky boli špinavé, špinavá bola aj soľnička a obrusy boli miestami lepkavé.
Celkovo sme boli s čistotou izby, kúpeľne aj reštaurácie nespokojní a očakávali sme oveľa vyššiu úroveň hygieny a komfortu od Hunguest ****Boli sme ubytovaní v západné krídlo!
