Pros:

The staff were just wonderful.Special mention to the lady on reception could not do enough for me .Everyone was so accomadating .Breakfast was very good.Only complaint was the beds are a bit hard.but thats not unusual in vietnam.

Le personnel est serviable, super, il faut changer certain matériel qui est déjà vieux :).
Pros:

- L’endroit est bien ( à côté de l’ancienne ville ).
- personnel est serviable, super !
- quartier calme

Cons:

- ma chambre (305) était à côté de la chambre qui est seulement séparée par une porte vitrée qu’on entend tout de l’autre côté de la porte , donc avec une autre chambre, ce n’était pas évident quand je dormais et j’entendais l’enfant qui a hurlé pendant 1h. Heureusement, on a changé la chambre pour moi mais c’était moyen la propreté au niveau de la clim ( chambre 209).

Cute, friendly and great location.
Pros:

Cute little hotel, central location, lovely staff and good breakfast. Close enough to the old quarter without being right amongst it.

Cons:

The pillows were average however nothing else to fault.
