Pretty hotel which was perfect
Pros:

A great hotel for our 2 day stop in Hoi An. Walking distance to the restaurants & market. Surrounded by tailors who made clothes to measure.
Fab room, amazing breakfast, balcony, shower. Everything worked. Lovely pool which was half indoors. Great trips to Anxient City & by boat.

Pros:

Hotel was very cute, the lanterns at the entrance give a warm welcome to Hoi An. Location was super nice, just 10 a min walk to the river, in a calm street but still possible to transit with vehicles. So, close to everything without the hassle of being too central. Breakfast was simple but good, eggs cooked to order.

Cons:

Rooms could be better cleaned. Was super dusty in the A/C, fan, behind bathroom door. Walls marked. Shower had mold, some parts seems never had been cleaned. Check-in information said they accepted Amex, but upon payment it was not accepted. If we had known before we would have withdrawn cash.

The staff were warm and friendly and the location was central
Pros:

I liked how the lady who checked me in and out, personalised the service and treated me so warmly as did the lively young lady who served breakfast each morning.

Cons:

My key got stuck in the door every time. The fan in my room made a loud clanging clicking ng noise.

概ね快適でした
Pros:

客室は広く清潔でした。シャワールームも広く、トイレと仕切られていたし、アメニティや設備も充実していました。ベランダがあったのも良かった。
1時間のレイトチェックアウトに追加料金なしで対応してくれた。

Cons:

なぜかエアコンが効かない。天井の扇風機は回転の調整が効かず、最大か停止しかしなかった。
