Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.Die neuen Badezimmer kamen bei dem heißen Wetter voll zum Einsatz und auch die Betten waren gemütlich und sauber.

Die Einzelzimmer waren rin wenig klein.

Great starting point for Strasbourg stay. Clean comfortable room. Would stay there again.

Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Altstadt. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es jeden Mittag bis nachts nach Kloake gerochen. Das war unangenehm.

Hôtel pour un court séjour..
Pros:

Hôtel bien positionné avec un personnel agréable. Un accès à une consigne si arrivée plus tôt / départ plus tard. Les chambres sont propres et équipées (même si les flacons de savon / gel douche étaient vides).

Cons:

Personnel agréable mais manque de professionnalisme :
- L'hôtel ne nous a pas prévenu en amont des travaux de rénovation en cours, mais seulement au check-in, sans nous laisser le choix d'une autre chambre. De plus, le début des travaux dès 8h du matin... inadmissible !
- Une personne a essayé de s'introduire dans notre chambre avant que le personnel nous indique, avec le sourire, qu'un squatteur s'est introduit dans l'établissement.
Les aléas arrivent mais un geste commercial aurait été apprécié !

Une merveilleuse dame du Chile était a la reception , a l’arrivee et quand nous sommes partit , elle nous a rensegner super bien .

Pros:

Struttura comoda vicinissimo al centro, un po' faticoso salire 3 piano senza ascensore con valige ma fa parte delle caratteristiche delle strutture in centro. Soffitto un po' basso , letto comodo effettivamente un po' corto. Bagno doccia molto comoda. Invece bagno wc strettissimo!Tutto sommato per una notte in 3 persone è andata bene. Il vantaggio del centro vale un po' di scomodità.
