Reception staff were friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable. Location noisy. I wouldn't return
Pros:

My room was great. I requested a move from the road side of the hotel and this was dealt with very well
and I am grateful

Cons:

Location - had not expected the busy noisy roads.
Breakfast was just about ok but the room was like a canteen not a smart hotel dining room. The staff seemed very inexperienced, not very communicative and needed to smile!

Really great hotel!
Pros:

Super hotel. Great car parking with EV chargers.
Lovely large bedroom and ensuite - the best shower of any hotel we’ve stayed in!
Very comfortable bed and lovely bedding.
Lovely breakfast and all of the staff were really great.

Cons:

The road is pretty busy and we did struggle to sleep/ stay asleep in the early morning when the traffic started. Our room faced the road so request a room at the back if you are sensitive to noise and / or take earplugs.
It is quite expensive- £170 a night.

Pros:

Clean tidy warm and welcoming and the additional security to access the accommodation area was good. Large walk-in shower, comfy bed. We’re booking again.

Cons:

Everything was good and professional. We had no negatives!
But do save any embarrassment for yourself by always entering the correct number of guests (including babies) or you’ll have to book additional room as they have strict insurance. Read hotel policy. This is a wonderful new hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Relaxing & enjoyable stay in lovely modern hotel.
Pros:

Everything is modern & very clean. Room was large. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are pleasant & friendly. Air Conditioning everywhere. Easy parking.

Cons:

Not so keen on the 15min walk into town. Bedroom Air Conditioning control unit could do with replacement as it seemed to have a mind of its own!

Pros:

Very clean and lovely staff. Good breafast.

Cons:

Room had an accessible bathroom. This made us feel older than we are and was inconvenient to use as sink very low and not much in the way of shelves or place for toiletries etc. Also bathroom alarm went off and took some tome to sort out.
