The chatbot was malfunctioning; I had to wait two hours just to check in. When I called the admin number, the chatbot answered again, insisting that all matters be handled via WhatsApp—yet the chatbot wouldn't respond on WhatsApp either. I didn't know what to do; I had already paid and waited two hours, with calling the admin number being my only option. Finally, a human admin answered and proceeded with the check-in by alerting the staff waiting at the entrance. The chatbot is a complete waste of time.
I am extremely disappointed that the management has offloaded so many tasks to AI. I felt like a fool waiting in the lobby for two hours because of the faulty chatbot—it was truly ridiculous.

So, for those planning to stay here: ensure the chatbot provides the check-in details before you arrive. If you encounter the same problem, keep calling the admin number even if the AI answers; in my experience, a human admin eventually picked up after repeated calls.

Have lots of shop downstairs, walking distance to a bigger mall. 5 days stay, my family didn't say they bored staying here
