The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, including bathroom slippers. We also used the washing machine, which was very convenient and useful for us.
The staff were very attentive and caring. one time The breakfast was prepared 5 minutes later than scheduled, and as an apology, they kindly gave us complimentary drink vouchers. It was a very nice gesture, although, of course, a 5-minute delay was not really a big issue for us.
As for the breakfast itself, the selection was quite limited, and a more varied menu would have been appreciated.

The hotel is a mixed sort of hotel and Hostel, with some shared rooms, and some private rooms. Overall it was a good experience. The private rooms we used were clean and confortable. The breakfast they offer also is ok. Good value for location option. Many small stores, restaurants and coffee places around.
The laundry area that is open for guests to use, was not as clean, but anyway was very usefull to be able to use the washer and drier there. (the hotel has around 4 of each type for guests to use).

Very good location for sight seeing. Public transport stops for bus and metro are nearby. Staff is very friendly. Ok for the price (we had 3 double bedrooms).
One room was not properly cleaned (dirty toilet) when we arrived. We had a non-smoking room but there was a stark smoking smell all the time in our room. It’s also a bit noisy (you can hear people using the toilet in nearby rooms).
It also a hostel and the reception / breakfast area ist a bit shabby.
- Heavy curtains for the cubicles were great for blocking the light and sound for a good night's sleep.
- Constant cleaning of the public areas kept the hostel clean and comfortable
- Very good air conditioning, especially good for the hot Shanghai summer
- Public sitting and dining areas seemed to be monopolised by a few guests who leave their computers, bags and other personal items at the tables for several days and overnight. These other guests show no respect for these shared areas as well as other guests who may want to use that space. The terrible thing is these selfish guests weren't even there most of the time but would leave their items there.

Tuvimos un problema con el didi para irnos y el chico de recepción nos ayudó a gestionar las cosas.

2 lôžková izba bola veľmi malá. Kufre sme si museli otvoriť na posteli, na zem by sa nezmestili. V názve sú hlavné atraktivity Shanghaia ale sú dostupné len metrom. Najbližšie metro je Linka 4.
