Everything was perfect

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us with everything, from booking taxis to arranging tours. You can really tell that they genuinely care about their guests and want to make sure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and created such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Tutto fantastico! abbiamo prenotato una stanza per due e siamo stati benissimo, alloggio curato nel minimo dettaglio, posto tranquillo e vista incredibile con due vetrate sulle montagne. Il bagno impeccabile

Cool place! We had a private room which was really nice, we loved the bathroom design! Beds were comfy! The place is pretty cosy and new overall, the owner is a nice person and each evening they organize like a family dinner to meet other guests! Cool moment! They organize tour for the loop but we only stayed here one night to rest, we had already booked a tour in an other place, but we recommend this place!

This was the most comfortable and welcoming place we've stayed in on our entire trip. Daniel is a wonderful, caring host. I definitely recommend staying here. Considering the price, it's a real find; it can't compare to regular guesthouses in Vietnam.

L'hôtel est propre, beau, bien aménagé. Les chambres sont bien pensées.
J'ai eu la chance de faire la Loop organisée par l'hôtel et j'ai adoré. Tout était très bien organisé.

La communication avec le personnel, qui parle bien anglais.
La mise à disposition d'un billard et d'un Babyfoot.
L'espace de détente à côté de l'étang avec les poissons.

Clean and properly decorated with modern fixtures. Natural wood walls provided fresh smell of pine in the room. Working desk with many electrical outlets, modern electrical switches, keyless entry and darkening curtains are some of the nice touches. There is a swimming pool and a pool table but I didn’t use them. They used an expresso coffee machine for coffee service. The room rate was excellent.

Le lieu est super et fidèle aux photos ! L’environnement est paisible, le personnel est adorable. Très reposant avec la super piscine ouverte 24/24 et la table de billard !

Beautiful brand new place! It's spotless clean, the food is great and the staff is very kind. There's a swimming pool and pool table to chill. Definitely recommend

The couple room is natural from wooden wall, stone bathroom. I can smell the wood in the room, every thing is well consider from the detail. Masstress in comfortable. I like the roof that is Painting of Traditional Vietnamese Đông Sơn brass drum, well arranged!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful and has a really unique, relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the dinner in the evening, it was very tasty!!!!!!

Nous avons adoré l'hébergement un peu en retrait de la ville. Vous vous sentez plus en nature et proche des montagnes/rivières. Nous étions dans une nouvelle chambre. Le lit était super confortable et la chambre très belle. Une piscine est également sur place pour se rafraîchir. Je retournerai à cet hébergement pour me reposer ou encore avant ou après un tour à la Ha Giang Loop.
