Отличное обслуживание, есть своя кухня на которой можно готовить, дают даже посуду. Море рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы.

Pros:

Хороший отель. Очень вкусная еда (брали завтраки и ужины). На ужинах все напитки включены, детям мороженое). Хороший детский клуб - главное в нем разобраться: что и когда дети делают. Очень много невидимой заботы: вода везде, детские нарукавники в доступе.

Cons:

Убирают плохо, вернее, никак.
Бассейн маленький, но мы привыкли.

The perfect venue for a great family holiday
Pros:

The location is fantastic, beach just across the road, beach bars and street food close, the sea activity center just 5 minutes walking...
The Hotel restaurant is quite good, variety of food served is not huge, but the quality is remarkable, and you have from fine seafood to best of the meats, passing by a variety of greens and fruits, and a few types of cocktails are included if you pick the Dinner option included.
The staff is very helpful, even though almost anyone there speaks English, but they always try their best to keep the communication effective.
In general, coming from Australia, the service standards and food quality offered were miles away better from what I am used to.

Cons:

Maybe the fact that communication for non Chinese/Russian speakers is a little difficult.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, бонусом территория соседнего отеля и видовой бассейн. Номера просторные и комфортные, кондиционеры отличные, холодильник с вечным запасом напитков, вид из окна на озеро великолепен. Питьевая вода всегда в наличии. Бассейны правда не глубокие, но до моря рукой подать. Кормят вкусно, обслуживание номеров на высоком уровне. Ялонг бей великолепен.

Мне очень понравился этот отель! ❤️ Очень удачное расположение, всё находится рядом. Отдельное уважение персоналу — сотрудники очень отзывчивые и всегда готовы помочь.

Завтраки тоже отличные! Единственный момент — не было говядины, были блюда со свининой, а для нас, мусульман, это недопустимо. Но персонал отнёсся к этому с большим пониманием. Я сообщил об этом на ресепшене, мне сказали, что передадут мою просьбу.

И каково же было моё удивление на следующий день — специально для нас приготовили два отдельных блюда: одно из говядины и одно из рыбы! 🥰 Это было очень приятно и действительно показало заботу об гостях. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу!

До пляжа всего 4–5 минут пешком 🏖️

В следующий раз обязательно приеду сюда уже с детьми и снова выберу именно этот отель! Однозначно рекомендую! ❤️

Отличный отель по доступной цене с качественным сервисом
Pros:

Отличный отель по соотношению цена-качества. Жили в 2-комнатном люксе с видом на море. Качественная уборка, очень приятный любезный персонал. Не делают проблему из полотенец на бассейне, меняй хоть три раза в день. Подкупает, что каждый день предоставляют бесплатные напитки в мини-бар - вода, кока-кола, пиво. На ресепшене дали подробную инструкцию по сервису отеля, два подарочных сертификата на разные услуги - бар, прачечная, бутылку вина и др. Близость к морю и возможность пользоваться хорошим бассейном соседнего сетевого отеля.

Cons:

Немного напрягают гиды, сидящие на ресепшен и предлагающие разные услуги. Но иногда они оказывали информационную помощь :))

Хороший сетевой отель! Есть бесплатная прачечная. Но главная ценность данного отеля-ЭТО ЛЮДИ!!! Весь персонал очень доброжелательный! Самые лучшие работники отеля-это СЕМЁН И МИКУ! Спасибо им огромное за такое внимание и всестороннюю помощь!!! Помогали абсолютно во всех вопросах!!! Принимают, как родных!!! На любой вопрос-не просто ответ, а сразу помощь! Сим-карта, обмен валюты, медпомощь, шоппинг, ресторан, такси, экскурсия и еще куча всего!!! То есть зная, что тут будет Семён и Мику можно ехать спокойно и ничего не бояться! На таких людях держится отель!! Еще раз ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО!! Вы-ЛУЧШИЕ!!!🙏❤️❤️❤️🌺🌹🌺💕💕💐💐
