Pros:

The rooms where very nice and well kept.

Cons:

There was no mention in the booking profile that underground parking was going to cost you extra. I then assumed that it was part of my booking of the room.

Immer wieder gern!
Pros:

das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Café direkt an der Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es war insgesamt sehr sauber im gesamten Gebäude. Und zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit für die Marathonläufer 😊

Cons:

Der Blick vom Balkon war direkt auf eine Hauswand bei den Nachbarn. Dadurch war es auch am Tage recht dunkel im Zimmer.

Another wonderful stay in Sea Point.
Pros:

The apartment was spotless with a Nespresso machine and the milk frother which was a nice bonus. The cafe downstairs however did much better flat whites and yummy food. The architect who designed these apartments is amazing, they are very small but so well designed you don't notice that. I travelled on my own and would need a larger apartment if I had my husband with me as the bed was on a platform and one side was a no exit side. The staff were friendly, helpfully and so nice. That includes the security staff, cleaners, as well as reception staff. The area is very safe and everything is walkable. There is a great laundry shop 5 minutes walk away on Main Road so I didn't try out the laundry facilities in the building. The Waterfront is a 40 minute walk away or a very cheap Uber ride in hot weather. All the restaurants and bars in Sea Point within walking distance.

Pros:

The accommodation exceeded my expectations, it was so peaceful, clean, tranquil and the staff as well was so awesome. I really enjoyed it it was so sad when me and my girlfriend had to leave. I really have no complaints.

Cons:

I only didn't like the fact that I left my watch there and my girlfriend left her tripod but when I sent a query they were nowhere to be found.
