Pros:

Staff was pretty fine when available. Good security facilities. Good location.

Cons:

Reception available only 7 am to 7 pm. Any issues after that have to wait till next morning. We had no water when we woke up at 5 am on one of the days when we planned to go for hike to lions head. No one to help. Reception came at 7 after which the investigation started however there was no clue of the issue for hours. Water came around 12.30 pm. Our plans for the day were ruined. Beds were also quite small. Difficult for tall people especially if they are 2 to accommodate the bed.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konumu ve güvenliği çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Mutfak eşyaları çok eskiydi. Mutfak özellikleri içerisinde yer alan fırın, kahve makinesi vs yoktu.

Apartamento ótimo! Boa localização!
Pros:

Ficamos em um apartamento com 2 quartos com 2 banheiros. Como era térreo, havia um jardim muito gostoso. Tivemos acesso à garagem. Lavanderia (paga) no local. Camas muito confortáveis. Ótima localização, para caminhar, exercícios ou comércio (mercados, restaurantes…). Local seguro.

Cons:

Tivemos uma manhã sem água no prédio e funcionários estavam perdidos para resolver e dar informações. Na lavanderia, o sabão havia acabado e demoraram 24h para comprar outro, mas o problema maior foi a agilidade em resolver a questão. Um funcionário passava para outro em ninguém resolvia.

Flat muito maravilhoso
Pros:

Apartamento com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável, inclusive cozinha muito bem equipada. O aquecimento era rápido e eficiente. Tem lavanderia, academia e piscina no rooftop, com uma bela vista para a Table Mountain. Perto de supermercados, restaurantes, posto de gasolina, lanchonete e todo tipo de comércio. A um quarteirão da praia. Achamos fantástico ficar 4 dias lá!

Highly recommended.
Pros:

The apartments were well laid out, spacious. Nice furnitures. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom in each of the 2 apartments we booked. There is a pool on the roof. The staff is very nice. The place is very clean. The Norfolk next door is great for breakfast. The location is good.

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience, but only very minor was, that we only had 1 key per apartment. That required more coordination than we are used too. Having said that, it was a minor, minor inconvenience.

Pleasant stay, close to the beach.
Pros:

The staff at the entrance are super friendly and helpful.
Nice apartment and well furnished with attention to the little things that matter like leaving decent olive oil and soaps to use.

Cons:

We saw some interesting occupants in the building.
Not much a fan of the best setup.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le studio est tres beau, bien equipé! Le quartier au sea point est calme et sûr. Pres de VA waterfront (10min par uber) clifton et camps bay egalement. Le seul point qu on a pas apprecié que le housekeeping doit passer chaque 2 jours mais l'appart a été nettoyé qu'une seule fois pendant 6 jours. A par ca on a bcq aimé l'hébergement!

Cons:

Service de nettoyage n'est pas regulier
