A pleasant stay with beautiful views
Pros:

The family run hotel was very modern, clean with great size rooms that had brilliant air conditioning in the room. The TV allowed you to watch Netflix. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. My husband booked a massage, they come to your room and he said it was one of the best he ever had.

The views of Albania are beautiful as you are set back in the mountains so a car would be needed to get about

The food in the restaurant was beautiful I’d highly recommend the steak

All the staff were very polite and happy

Cons:

I feel the staff are very junior and need more time to settle into the hospitality role. The service was very slow at times

Incroyable
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le lit était très confortable et les rideaux sont parfaitement occultants, ce qui permet de dormir sans être réveillé par la lumière du matin.

Le véritable coup de cœur reste la piscine à débordement avec son incroyable vue sur Saranda. C’est un vrai plus qui rend le séjour encore plus exceptionnel. L’hôtel dispose également d’un restaurant sur place qui est excellent, nous nous sommes régalés.

L’emplacement est idéal et la vue est tout simplement incroyable. Tout était réuni pour passer un séjour parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %, les yeux fermés !

Très belle décoration, matériaux de qualité et bonnes finitions, petit déjeuner varié de qualité. Repas du soir bien exécuté. Accueil a la réception très aimable

Overall lovely staff, amazing hotel and lovely atmosphere.
Pros:

Lovely and beautiful view , for the price I think a few improvements can be done with the kind of soap and toiletries in the bathroom. But comfortable bed and spacious room.

Cons:

Getting up to the property is a mission & if you don’t have your own car getting up and down is hard to reach so it’s quite far up on a dirt road. Mostly Google Maps & Waze can direct you wrongly.

Pros:

Questo hotel è una vera gemma! Camera impeccabile! Spaziosa, pulita e con una vista mozzafiato. La nostra permanenza è stata eccezionale. Dall’accoglienza calorosa al check-out tutto perfetto, gestito con cura e attenzione. Ottima anche la colazione, ricca e di qualità. Il personale è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Non ci è mancato davvero niente e ci siamo goduti appieno il soggiorno, ma con la sensazione e la comodità di casa. Altamente raccomandato.

Incroyable hôtel à Saranda
Pros:

La réceptionniste était très sympa et a l’écoute de toutes nos demandes avec des réponses rapides sur WhatsApp. Mais globalement tout le personnel est très sympathique
La vue est incroyable (mais cela nécessite d’y monter en voiture, environ 10 minutes depuis le bas de Saranda)
Il y a 2 petites piscines qui sont top avec vue sur la côte de Saranda
Le restaurant est excellent

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est moyen. Le café n’est pas terrible
L’accessibilité -> vous devez être en voiture ou taxi

Pros:

The hotel is great. Everything is new, very clean, stylish. The staff were very nice and helpful. The view from the hotel is stunning. Overall it's a great place & I'd certainly choose to come here again.

Cons:

It's up high on the hill. Walking up there is not something you'd choose in summer. This is the place for people with a car or with extra budget for taxi (it's 16-20 euros ride).

Wunderschön, die Lage abenteuerlich
Pros:

Alles modern und sauber und die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Mit Pool und einer wunderschönen Aussicht direkt aufs mehr und die Stadt.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit oben im Hang. Nicht einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Keine ausgebauten Straßen. Man muss sehr Fahrsicher sein, wenn jmd entgegenkommt.
