Pros:

This is my second time in this property, and my parents' 4th time. Very good location, and clean. AC ia strong at lobby and room. Helpful snd friendly staff incl breakfast team, concierge and reception.

Free Parking.

We didnt like the suite (which we booked) due to the configuration. They moved us to a deluxe room. Quick and efficient. never show impatient. Thanks so much!!!

Cons:

One of the washing machines is not working. The staff are aware of it but not putting a sign on the washing machine.

Ok hotel for veldig kort opphold
Pros:

Cafe på siden. Ellers så var det skuffende for oss.

Cons:

Personalet. Skriver ikke ofte dette men denne gangen så var det ikke et plass for en familie med et barn på 3 år. Men ønsker du personaler som vil «mind their own business» så vil dette passe deg godt. Er du heldig så kan du møte en hyggelig resepsjonist, men vi var ikke (innsjekk og utsjekk) og bodde der tre netter. Skulle ønske vi hadde bare en. Barnesenga var nesten falleferdig, ikke noe barnemadrass (ble brukt store pledd som teppe og madrass, kreativt men farlig for barnet).

מלון נהדר. רמה גבוהה ומפתיע. חדר נקי ומתוחזק עם מתקנים ברמה גבוהה. כולל אמבטיה בסוויטה משפחתית מצויינת. ארוחת בוקר מעולה וצוות שירותי ונחמד. הכל נעשה עם חיוך. ממליץ מאוד!!

Everything is great
Pros:

Great location, excellent value for money. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Responsive and proactive staff. Highly recommended and would stay here again if i had a reason to travel to this city.
Great breakfast spread, good gym.

Fabulous location, close to Maya Shopping Centre and so easy to get to anywhere. Great value.
Pros:

We are return customers who travel annually to Chiang Mai on business and find this hotel extremely convenient for all our needs. Everything is clean, efficient and the staff are wonderful. We will be back again same time next year.

Cons:

Cutlery in the kitchen please for our triple corner suite, but otherwise the facilties are excellent.
