Modernes Hotel für den Aufenthalt am Nimmanroad
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber eher europäisch/ amerikanisch ausgerichtet und nicht typisch thai.
Lage war super, Maya Mall und der belebte Nimmanroad ist gut zu Fuß erreichtbar.
Ein modernes Hotel mit kleinem Pool.
Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Etwas sparsam mit dem Toilettenpapier, wir mußten mehrmals nachfragen.
Das Wassertemperatur der Dusche schwangt warm/ kalt, lief nicht immer konstant.

泳池光照不多，因為周邊是建築物，所以水溫蠻涼的。離Maya步行距離5分鐘很方便

Pros:

Closeness to Maya Mall. Well priced.

I won’t recommend to stay in this hotel when reaching to Phuket
Pros:

Pool was good

Cons:

The hotel is located in a very problematic and crowded area, with no real option to leave on foot to walk around the city or go hiking. On top of that, traffic to and from the hotel is extremely congested.

The rooms look as if they were recently refreshed, but the overall condition and quality are still very poor. The air conditioning was not working properly, and after several complaints, the only solution offered was to move us to another room with a much worse location and view.

Most of the staff, including the reception team, had serious communication difficulties and spoke very little English or none at all. Almost every request we made, from asking for towels to requesting room cleaning, was either ignored or not handled properly.

Overall, the service and location were very disappointing, and the experience was far below our expectations.

Will happily return!
Pros:

The hotel room is modern, clean and has great facilities.
The hotel restaurant is really great, I ate there most nights in part, due to the amazing staff too
The gym is totally fine, but the highest weight is 10kg.
Absolutely fantastic location.

Cons:

The wifi is good when connected (but forces an annoying browser login every so often).
The pool is nice to have but frustratingly cold - I treated more like a cold plunge
