Pros:

Got in to the airport at 11pm. The hotel provided a free shuttle from the airport. It was really just a taxi but super easy. Recommend for an affordable place to stay!

Exceptional stay, budget friendly!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was easy to get to and there were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was very clean. The pool deck has covered seating and was very relaxing. My room had a little balcony with a chair. I was expecting some city noise during the night but it was actually quiet!

Pros:

La posizione è molto centrale, le camere sono pulite, il personale gentile, c'è un buon wifi e offrono un servizio di navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto.

Cons:

La colazione è abbastanza varia ma mi sarebbe piaciuto che ci fosse più frutta tropicale, come papaya, mango e ananas. E' solo un dettaglio ma penso che per molti turisti è piacevole iniziare la giornata con della frutta tropicale alla quale raramente sono abituati.

Just about OK if you arrive at SJO late at night and need to leave early morning.
Pros:

Sufficient for brief overnight stay, a few hours sleep.

Cons:

Tiny boxy room. Antique shower. Meagre pathetic breakfast - they really could have tried harder.

Me encantó la ubicacion, la habitacion y camas bastante comodas, el baño muy limpio. El AC punto alto funcionó muy bien. Pedí una habitacion donde no escuchara ruido de la calle y me colaboraron con eso.

Cons:

La atencion al cliente del muchacho de Recepcion del Lunes 19/5/26 a las 545am que hice check out no fué el deseado pero nada que un buen refrescamiento o capacitacion en Servicio al Cliente no lo pueda mejorar. Le falta mas amabilidad y soltar el celular cuando llega un cliente al mostrador. Si no fuera por eso les hubiera dado el 10 en todo

The woman at the front desk was really nice, she helped us with our heavy bags.

We called from the airport but no one answered the phone, that was disappointing. But, we had to go back to the airport the following morning so the hotel kindly took us.
