Alles sehr gut, Personal sehr gut und alles sauber

Cons:

Sauna Seance Meister war SEHR unmotiviert, eine Schande für so ein Hotel.
Der Bademeister räumt den Leuten die Handtücher weg, und keiner fühlt sich für die Sauberkeit im Außenbereich verantwortlich. (Essensreste liegen herum)

Facilities new and clean. Practically spotless. Breakfast is great and fresh. Staff are super nice and helpful. Location is rare. Spa area is fun and varied. Room was beyond our expectations. Just perfect. No doubt our place at balaton lake.
