Nino was the host with the most! Beautiful home, the room was gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and I came home with a beautiful ceramic from Sicily that was featured in their gallery run by Hans. I didn't get to use the hot tub but will my next stay for sure. Great location as well.

The home was charming with all kinds of interesting items to look at. The bed was comfy. Breakfasts were outstanding and catered to our wishes. Best of all was Nino, the host ( no slight to Hans). He was so welcoming, chatty, funny, accommodating, and personable! I felt like family.
It, also, seems to draw an interesting clientele...at least our fellow guests were. Each morning we'd sit and have extended conversations at breakfast and a recap of the day over Nino's lemoncello in the late afternoon.
We look forward to returning!

Zia Gianna is truly a hidden gem in Savannah! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel like family — incredibly personable, warm, and knowledgeable about everything the area has to offer. I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this; their attentiveness was second to none.
And the breakfast? Absolutely incredible. Come hungry, because you will not want to leave a single bite on your plate! Every detail was thoughtful and delicious.
This place has officially become our go-to whenever we’re in the Savannah area. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep — a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for — look no further than Zia Gianna. We can’t wait to come back!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nino hat uns mit köstlichen Frühstücken und weiteren Service verwöhnt. Seine liebenswerte, humorvolle und hilfsbereite Art hat uns direkt zu Freunden gemacht. Die authentische Ausstattung und liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles ist sehr sauber. In die Innenstadt sind wir ca. 20 Minuten gelaufen. Auto kann kostenfrei vor dem Haus parken. Nino’s Auftreten hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Amazing B&B, so beautifully furnished. But the best part about it are the owners Nino, Hans and Bruno. It was such a warm welcome, like staying with friends. And I had the best breakfast of all the 11 hotels I stayed in on my roadtrip, by far.

As other reviewers have noted, the host, Nino, could not have done more to ensure that we had a safe, comfortable and pleasant stay. The well-maintained home is clean, quiet and decorated in an interesting and tasteful way. Nino's home cooking is five-star and his limoncello is over-the-moon. Best of all is Nino himself, a cheerful, accommodating, decent and honest chap; a delight to be with. We'd love to have the opportunity to come back.

Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Bed & Breakfast nicht weit vom historischen Viertel entfernt! Der Tag begann immer mit einem tollen, abwechslungsreichen Frühstück, wobei individuelle Wünsche stets berücksichtigt wurden. Tolle Tips für Aktivitäten und Restaurants vom Gastgeber, Nino, der immer gut gelaunt und überaus hilfsbereit war. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Kaum angekommen, fühlte man sich wie zuhause. Nino, der Gastgeber begrüßte freundlich, gab eine Einführung, Tips und Infos, die sehr hilfreich waren. Das Haus und Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Frühstück köstlich. Auch wenn das Haus etwas außerhalb liegt, ist in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle des kostenlosen Shuttle ins Zentrum. Eine 6* Unterkunft.

I loved the location, the bright eclectic decor, and the porch covered in jasmine blooms! Nino was the most warm and welcoming host. He not only welcomed us into beautiful home, but was eager to share stories and homemade limoncello. The breakfast was amazing and he was so accommodating of our dietary needs.

It was an amazing stay! Beautiful house, coziness and the best and most fun hosts ever they made our stay so memorable!

We stayed 4 nights at Zia Gianna as part of our anniversary trip, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family — not just guests.
Nino’s freshly prepared breakfasts each morning were absolutely divine, made with so much love and passion. And the homemade limoncello (served in frozen glasses!) was such a special treat we will never forget.
The home itself is beautiful — filled with vibrant, colorful art, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. We especially loved spending time in the lovely garden and patio, which felt like a peaceful little oasis.
Every detail reflects the care and heart that goes into this B&B. This wasn’t just a stay — it was an experience.
We won’t say goodbye… just “until we meet again.” ❤️
