Las vistas del hotel están increíbles, es un lugar para aislarse y disfrutar la naturaleza. El plus es que dentro de la finca se puede realizar el tour del café también aunque por costo extra.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que si uno tiene hambre después de las 8 pm, es difícil conseguir comida si no se lleva carro, ya que el restaurante cierra temprano y no hay restaurantes cerca o tiendas.

Beautiful well appointed authentic Colombian hotel in a gorgeous nature setting. Rooms are beautiful and beds are comfortable. Pool and spa area is inviting and well manicured. Staff is amazing and there is great potential to address some minor details.
Not hot water in the shower during the say and toilet appeared to run out of water for flushing later into the night. The room was not air conditioned but there is a fan that did the trick overnight but I imagine it may be very warm on hot days.
Ideal para realizar el tour del café. Las instalaciones, estupendas y el personal amabilísimo. Se desvivieron por ayudarnos. Llegamos tarde e hicieron todo lo posible para conseguirnos cena
La señalización para llegar es casi inexistente y los GPS se vuelven un poco locos
Estuvimos en fincas del café, para la celebración de un matrimonio, cuando llegamos para registrarnos la chica de recepción nos dijo “ ahora no vayan a salir con que se van a quedar otra noche, por que todo está ocupado” fue demasiado grosera. De resto todo bien

Un lugar tranquilo, pese a que no tuvimos la habitación que inicialmente habiamos reservado, porque lo hicimos más por la piscina, sin embargo nos hospedaron en otro lugar donde tenian jacuzzi y estuvo bien
Me dieron otra habitación diferente a la reservada en donde no habia piscina, sin embargo estuvo bien el hospedaje, los trabajadores amables. La carretera es destapada para llegar al sitio.
The place is beautiful and immersed in nature. Staff is very nice and the coffe tour was interesting.
The hotel is quite expensive, and the additional costs for the coffee tour are steep. Given that guests are already paying more to stay here compared to other hotels, the tour should be offered at a reduced rate for those staying on-site. Additionally, the lunch we had upon arrival was also very overpriced

Everything was perfect… a true paradise.
Fantastic location with great views from the breakfast room and the swimming pool. Good restaurant within a walking distance. You must try the mineral spa in the mountains nearby.
The area is expanding as a tourist destination which might put off Western tourists looking for seclusion
