OK for backpackers
Pros:

It's in a great location and is very well connected, with a metro stop nearby. There are many local shops, cafés, and markets nearby. It is located in a quiet, calm neighborhood.

Cons:

The apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The air inside was very humid, and there seemed to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. The most disturbing thing about our stay was finding a couple of bugs inside.

Comfy room to visit Porto
Pros:

Perfect location with everything within reach and 10-15 minutes drive from Airport. 2 comfy beds. Although we didn’t need ,we liked the idea to have a kitchen available to prepare meals.
Easy self check in and check out.

Cons:

Old furniture especially in the bathroom. Not properly clean. Carpets were dusty and rooms smelled like mould on arrival.

Decepcionante na relação qualidade e preço.
Pros:

Para quem viaja em trabalho e com veículo próprio, apenas considero positiva a localização, zona calma e residencial do Porto e de rápido acesso as vias principais. Mas atenção que à noite e a pé não há opções de restauração e o estacionamento na rua é muito, muito limitado.

Cons:

O quarto parecia adaptado de uma cave ou de um armazém. A janela do quarto situa-se muito alta e inalcançável. O quarto até é espaçoso embora a casa de banho seja pequena e com os equipamentos muito desgastados, inclusive móveis apodrecidos na parte frontal. A luz da casa de banho é activada por célula de movimento, por isso prepara-te para tomar banho às escuras. A televisão não funciona e isto desagradou-me mesmo, muito provavelmente por as pilhas do telecomando já estarem gastas. E como não há funcionários no alojamento não tens a quem recorrer de imediato. Ficas sem TV. Na porta do prédio tem cuidado, porque vais magoar as mãos no friso da porta quando a porta abrir. Na porta do quarto, a fechadura não está a funcionar bem, por isso prepara-te para perder algum tempo a abrir e a trancar a porta.
Relativamente à interacção com o alojamento, prepara-te para uma avalanche de mensagens e conteúdo desnecessário. Vêm de todo o lado, por email, sms, whatsapp... enfim, quase parece spam.

O quarto é amplo

A limpeza é o ponto mais negativo da estadia e deixava muito a desejar
Os móveis do WC também estão bastante danificados.

Don't walk, simply run away from it
Pros:

The location is good and that's it.

Cons:

When I checked in, I immediately noticed the whole area was simply humid and lack fresh air.

After entering the room,,
- The floor was dirty with hair, some pill on the floor as if it was not cleaned. Dampy smell in the room.
- You can see the carpet hasn't been clean for days (may be months)
- There was hair on the towel given to me
- Hair in the bathroom from previous occupants
- pubic hair on the bathroom wall
- bathroom tiles are black and mouldy
- Flys in the bathroom
- water was not draining in the basin

So much so for 3 pm check-in!!!!

When I informed, they sent someone to clean again and he only removed the hair from the bathroom and unclog the basin and left the cleaning cloth lying on that basin right there. Room was still dirty. That pill was there till the moment I checked out. I'm not touching that.

Apart from that,
- locks and handles are loose. I was worried someone could enter without keys.
- The main building handle is broken.
- No storage facility if you arrive early or want to keep luggage until the time of your flight after checkout.
- The owner sent me the early check-in or late checkout link (with extra money) with almost every message. Along with a coupon for luggage storage with some tie-up company.
- Note don't opt for that, there are much cheaper options available in the city.

This place is in dire need of cleaning and maintenance.

I hope the next person at least gets the clean space.

Emplacement très bien à 250 m du métro avec un ligne directe jusqu’au centre historique , chambre spacieuse et confortable !
