Veldig flott hotell
Pros:

Meget bra frokost. Beliggenheten er ikke bra, men fikk høre at det er en historie bak. likte at det gikk an å gå i hagen å finne fasiliteter som tennis bane, og utegym, solstoler. Veldig bra. Fikk ikke prøvd Spa men det vil jeg gjøre neste gang.

Practical necessities need attention.

Position near docks

Cons:

Lay out if breakfast which was not in an orderly plan of things needing to be near each other ie Coffee not near milk or a teaspoon nearby.
Hot hob lids too big to reach to recover food without spilling food on clothes!
I mentioned the lack of thought in the layout a year ago. Nothing has changed!

I had an amazing time at this hotel! My luggage got lost and they kindly offered me a spa🫶🏻✨. The customer service was excellent and the staff was so nice especially reception and spa. Hope to come back soon!

Great hotel, I'll look forward to staying again.
Pros:

Easy parking as ever with a nice big EV charging area which makes me actually choose an EV and be comfortable when visiting Gothenburg! Decent gym, great breakfast and good restaurant. Staff are always efficient and friendly. I've stayed several times and will always be my go to hotel in the area.

Cons:

Shower kept flooding and room was overly hot (even with heating turned off - underfloor heating the bathroom?). There was also a cacophony of (assumed) lorry horns at about 5am - not a lot one can do about this but annoying when the window had to be open.
