Kitchen was a great idea and well equipped. Our room was a good size and we appreciated having open doors from our bathroom as it provided fresh air during a hot weather period.

Cons:

We would like to suggest that information regarding self service laundrettes would be appreciated. We are visiting from overseas and not familiar with this district.

We had a great stay, I rcommend this accomidation in London and will stay there again :)
Pros:

The place itself was superclean, well organized and more than spaceious enough for two people. Communication was superfriendly and spot on! The place is an excellent location as a starting point for a stay in London. Supermarkt nearby, only 10-15 minute walk from Buckingham Palace or the Thames. Victoria station was close as wall and an excellent hub to reach other areas in London.

Cons:

Minor moint, but like all other Londen houses, the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear almost everything. Thankfully there is a strict policy on 'silent hours' between 10 pm and 8 am.

A lovely homely stay.
Pros:

The room was lovely: airy, clean and big. I also loved the fact I could stream my Netflix account through the tv.

Correct mais sans plus. Rapport qualité/prix un peu décevant au final.
Pros:

L'emplacement. Le style.

Cons:

Chambre très petite. Odeur d'encens très forte. Pas de contact avec le personnel (expérience très impersonnelle).

Bellissima struttura, pulita, curata nei dettagli e ben organizzata. Molto pratica per la logistica: a 5.minuti dalla metro Victoria e a 15 minuti da Buckingham Palace.

Great location, clean shared bathroom
Pros:

The location is superb, 20 mins walk to the palace and walkable to the Big Ben. Everything is digitalised with the website to control the light , see the availability of the shared bathroom, and own passcode for the door. The owner let us to store our luggage prior to the checkin time, the room was ready before the checkin time. We really appreciate that.

Cons:

Upon booking, I know that the room gonna be noisy because the window is facing to the main road , and it’s the first room from the entrance. So when people passing by we can hear everything , plus shared bathroom and other 5 rooms. Because we are mentally prepared we didn’t complain anything or anyone. However we got a complaint notified by the manager on the day we are checking out, the night before except we chatting in normal voice in the room we didn’t even watch tv or listen to any music, the door lock does make some noise if we go out for bathroom. Managing a shared place is not easy so I understand manager’s effort however it does not make us feel a bit uncomfortable because i think it’s unreasonable and no need to tell us on the day of checkout when we actually tolerated two day’s noise.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage für guten Preis
Pros:

Sauber, gemütliche Zimmer mit Remote Control für Lichter und Heizung (sehr praktisch), auch die geteilten Badezimmer waren groß und wurden täglich gereinigt, in der App sieht man sogar live, ob die Bäder frei sind. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und Supermärkte bzw. die U-Bahn sind gleich ums Eck.

Cons:

Es könnten noch mehr Kaffeetassen angeschafft werden, die haben morgens nicht für alle gereicht. Sonst top.

Tolle Lage, komfortabel, reaktive Gastgeber
Pros:

Toll gelegen, sehr durchdacht und unkompliziert im Ablauf. Viele praktische und angenehme Aspekte, so z.B. die toll ausgestattete Küche für alle. Wir hatten ein schönes eigenes Bad und ein großes Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Alles ist sehr effizient organisiert und mitgedacht, die Gastgeber sehr reaktiv und wir würden definitiv zuwiederkommen (dann wieder in ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad).
Was man als Gast wissen sollte ist, dass das Haus recht hellhörig ist und ab 22 Uhr Ruhe herrschen soll.

Excellent.
Pros:

Great location and facilities. Check in and out was super easy. Room felt very secure.
A noisy area being on the main road but earplugs were provided which is a great touch.

Cons:

The bathroom had a little dirt in the bath and the shower head a little leak. But not bad overall or enough to ruin the stay.
