Na to, že se hotel prezentuje jako 4* tak má sotva 3*
Pros:

Líbila se mi poloha hotelu přímo u pláže, 3 venkovní bazény z toho jeden dětský se skluzavkou a klid v nočních hodinách.

Cons:

Hotel plný nevychovaných ukrajinců, hlavně dětí, vlažné až studené jídlo, špinavé ubrusy, kterése jen ometly smetáčkem a lopatkou. Na schodišti pach jako v pavilonu v zoo. Dětský program čistě jen ukrajinský. Byli jsme 6/26 a tento hotel už bych si nevybral.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel's biggest advantage is definitely its location, right in front of the beach, making it incredibly convenient for families and anyone who enjoys being close to the sea.

The facilities were comfortable, our room was spacious enough, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it every day. The food was good, although a little more variety in the meat options at dinner would have been welcome.

The entertainment program was also a highlight. Every evening had a lively atmosphere, with music, activities, and plenty of children happily dancing and having fun, which created a nice holiday feeling.

Cons:

The only challenge during our stay was that one of the two elevators was out of service most of the time. Since the hotel was very busy, especially with families and young children, there were often long waits for the remaining elevator. Traveling with a toddler and a baby in a stroller, we occasionally waited quite a while to get downstairs for dinner. That said, this didn't take away from our overall positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay and would happily consider returning in the future.

Отдыхали 5 дней, еда однообразная, маленький выбор, из фруктов апельсины и бананы, пару раз был арбуз. Автомат с напитками постоянно ломался. Уже в последний день узнали, что есть перекусы, коммуникация на ресепшене на троечку, выдали ключ одели браслет и все. Позже узнали, что в отеле постоянно проводятся танцевальные сборы, так же приезжают дети как в лагерь, а это постоянный визг детей за которыми никто не смотрит, в бассейне нормально не поплаваешь, т.к. там постоянно куча детей. Номер относительно чистый, уборка каждый день, но не совсем качественно. Фен в номере перемотан изолентой, еле работал.
Оценка отелю 5 из 10.
Из плюсов - очень близко к морю

Cons:

Храната е под всякаква критика, не отговаря на дадените звезди на хотела. Безвкусна и еднообразна. Никакъв избор. За 1 нощувка се понасяше, но за хората които планират да почиват там за повече дни трябва да обърнат сериозно внимание на този факт.

Came with low expectations, still left disapponted and grossed out
Pros:

The location is nice but one mention: location is beachfront, but the hotel does not have its own beach area. Guests must either use a very small free section or rent sunbeds from a neighbouring hotel located directly in front.

Cons:

I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is still marketed as a 4 stars. Calling it 4 stars is misleading. At best, this is a neglected 2-star hotel living off an outdated rating.

I booked knowing it was a budget option and had realistic expectations. A lower price should mean fewer amenities, not luxurious, smaller rooms maybe, not filthy and a lack for basic standards...

Cleanliness was unacceptable. Dishes, tables and floors were dirty and sticky. I found a HAIR INSIDE OF A MEATBALL, and some desserts tasted SPOILED, as if made with bad milk. I tried reporting the food issues, but the waiter did not speak other languages for us to communicate properly, so nothing was resolved.

Not enough qualified staff-even though they were mostly polite they were clearly overwhelmed. It might have been a good 4 star hotel back in the days but no one cared enough to take care or it. Almost everything is worn out, and overdue for replacement, WIFI not working, smelly rooms, curtains had brown stains, bathtub not draining properly from day 1 due to bad design, poor food with odd choices.

The most frustrating part is that these issues are not new. I saw similar reviews before booking but hoped they were resolved. The same issues have apparently existed for years, which means MANAGER EITHER DOES NOT CARE or is incapable of fixing them.

And please, spare everyone the standard copy-paste response about valuing feedback and looking into the issues. If management actually cared about guest feedback, these complaints would not still be appearing year after years.
This hotel is not a bargain.The lower price may attract you, but you will leave FRUSTRATED AND GROSSED OUT. There are far better places to spend your money. Book literally anywhere else.

!Given the food hygiene issues I witnessed, I will be submitting formal complaints to the relevant authorities. Finding foreign objects in food and serving spoiled-tasting dairy products is a serious health and safety concern!

O vacanta reusita.
Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului este minunata iar ospitalitatea celor de acolo este foarte placuta. M-a uimit faptul ca am gasit 3 piscine iar una mi se pare ca era incalzita (apa era mai calda si mai placuta decat la celalate 2).

Cons:

Pe alocuri mai trebuiesc facute mici reparatii, iar mancarea trebuie gatita un pic mai bine. Dar per-total este foarte ok, am avut un pret foarte corect pentru ceea ce am primit. Bautura top. Multumim Elpida!
