Unser Zimmer war für Tokyo Verhältnis groß und toll eingerichtet.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstation, sodass man viele Bahnlinien innerhalb Tokyos schnell nutzen konnte.
Auch das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit - besonders Leo und Nilu haben uns zu sehr geholfen und haben uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.

A SPECIAL Thanks to the Staff,(Front Desk) of the SkM Hotel Tokyo. Specifically, Leo, Nilv and Hashimoto were exceptional in providing continuous assistance. Additionally, ensuring mfort, language translations, checking-in/out, shopping locations, transportation, etc. A beautiful hotel and a wonderful Staff

The staff were very professional and even took time to have a friendly conversation! The rooms were very clean with a nice cozy modern atmosphere. The complimentary bottle of wine was the cherry on top!

We loved the in-room breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff. Room was quite large for Tokyo standards within that price range. The tablet-based possibility to request additional amenities or an iron was great!
We also liked the location in the Sumida area as a base for exploring Tokyo!
The only thing we would change was the scent used in the lobby which was quite intense for our liking.

The wine selection and thoughtful amnieties! You don’t get these in some of the top hotels out there. Also Leo was absolutely amazing!! Such a great staff member, friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel. We stayed here on our trip last year and had to move our schedule around being able to stay here again. The rooms are spacious and pristine, the room service provides delicious food, the staff is so friendly and always happy to help! Leo gave us a great recommendation to check out Enoshima so we could catch a view of Mount Fuji before the end of our stay. Anytime I’m in Tokyo, I will stay in this hotel.
Nothing :) We forgot a few things as we left for the weekend to Osaka and they held our luggage and even held onto the items we left behind. They were returned to us promptly without even having to ask for them!
Everything was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the amenities and facilities were all clean and comfortable, and the staff were always kind, polite and helpful.

Primero el servicio.,La Gente en la recepción y las mucamas eran muy amables. El desayuno era excelente y las mucamas rellenaron té, café y agua todos los días. La pieza era equipada moderadamente con todo necesario.
