Hotel is in good location in urban area - easy to find shops or malls nearby. Room is cozy enough for rest Staff was helpful & polite.

Cons:

Staff won't bother to read your email. If you arrive late, even if you notify them earlier, they will cancel your booking and give your room to guests who arrive earlier. Then you will get shitty room beside window which is noisy AF.

Pros:

The location is nearby my intended destination, and the free upgrade to a bigger room was much appreciated and welcomed. Having lift is bonus for this hotel.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit hard for my liking, and there was no hot water, as the Coway machine outside was not working.

not so worth it
Pros:

the location is strategic & lots of restaurants nearby

Cons:

the room is gloomy, smells like onions and not really worth of the money. I’m a bit unlucky to get a room at the front which it’s getting so noisy in midnights with mat rempit.
