We would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The entire hotel was beautifully designed, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were discreet, professional, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout the week.

Cons:

We were not happy that people were vaping and smoking around the pool area. On one of the days, a man sat next to me smoking a large cigar. In our view, this is completely unacceptable.

Pros:

The swim club was closed but FO offered 50% discount, the quality of the breakfast for a la carte was good, with quality products.

Cons:

Restaurant staff, are not well trained and one day a young waiter was flirting with the hostess, very unprofessional, next day at the breakfast they forgot to bring a coffee, we had to ask multiple times for it, a restaurant manager appeared but he was very casual dressed, we asked ourselves if he was the restaurant manager or just a supervisor.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Pros:

Location was great. Just a short walk across to the beach which had some lovely restaurants. The tram was also just a five minute walk away from the hotel. Very quirky hotel, stunning rooftop bar area with exceptional restaurant.

Cons:

Room a little small.

Small room, seriously overpriced, no coffee making facilities in my room, mediocre food in the restaurant.
Poor breakfast. It was fairly cold.

מורגש זה מלון חדש מאוד
ושאנשי הצוות לא מנוסים
היה לנו צלחת של רום סרוויס במסדרון בחדר לידינו מעל יום שלם עם בשר שהסריחה בקומה,
בנוסף המלון לא במרכז העניינים של גליפדה ומרוחק 1.5-2 קילומטר משם.
אין אופציות של ספא במלון שזה מאוד מאכזב
ובטח לא מכבד מלון 5 כוכבים ,
ארוחת בוקר בלי מגוון אופציות לסיכום מאכזב .
