Would never stay there again...it's a dump.

Room didn't have shampoo/conditioner; no ice machine on site, if you misplace a room key, they charge you $5.50 for a new one; microwave had some food explosion still in it. I overheard a guest telling the front desk clerk about a suspicious person in the parking lot casing vehicles, and the clerk told the guest THEY had to call the police to report it.

BEWARE, BROKEN APPLIANCES

Cons:

I was in a room with a broken refrigerator and television. They did nothing about it! I lost over $45 worth of food because of their negligence! I’m still waiting on my refund and I want my $45 refunded to me too. they caused me to lose my food. This is not right you have lost a good pain Customer.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

Cons:

Erica, the assistant General manager, very rude, she accused me of smoking in my room, which I wasn’t. She found out who was though, GM’s should not be accusive towards any of their good paying customers. She was rude. I’ll never stay at an extended stay again. You lost my good business.

Cons:

Not clean, rude GM Erica, they charge way too much for pets! Paying $25 a day per pet. They were running me over $300 easy that’s ridiculous. You need to change your policies.
