Very bad experience with booking. com
Pros:

Near Accessible to the places

Cons:

Not that great. In Booking.com it was mentioned free breakfast and late checkout available. But hotel itself doesn’t have restaurant. They don’t provide anything except towel and water of bottle.when I ask them it is mentioned on booking . com than they said we have already talked to them regarding facilities but still they give wrong information.

Location, room size and staff behaviors were good.

Cons:

There was no intimation about the additional charges for early check-in ether from the booking.com or from the Hotel even though I have contacted the hotel directly a day before my check-in.

Bath towels and quilt were not cleaned.

Only the rooms are clean
Pros:

The rooms are clean and there are no obvious stressors present

Cons:

The parking is a common are where multiple other places nearby also have their parking so it is very unsafe to park there my own car was hit by a random car in the parking plus the staff also did not co operate when i asked for CCTV footage of the incident i was not provided the same.
Also the hotel only provides 1 liter of drinking water everyday as complimentary and then overcharges for water if you ask for more
