The location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient. It is an easy walk whether you are coming from the train station or heading over to Bryggen. There are also several supermarkets nearby, which makes it very practical for grabbing quick supplies or snacks
The property is extremely minimal. There is no staff on-site at all, and there is no fridge provided in the room. My biggest concern, however, was the luggage storage. When you leave your bags there, the storage area is actually not secured. I felt very worried about the safety of my belongings after I check out.
Great location, easy to check in via self-service screen, beds were comfortable. Grocery stores close by and many cafes as well. Easy to reach from the airport by tram.
The first room we got had problems - the heating didn't work, and the electrical outlets, including lamps, were not working. Only the bathroom lamp and the ceiling lamp in the room were working. However, we didn't notice it until after 8 pm since we were out all day, and when we tried to contact the hotel (via call and messages), we were unable to get a hold of them, so we had to spend the night in a rather cold room with only one working lamp and one working outlet to charge our phones. But luckily, the next day we managed to talk to the hotel staff and were immediately transferred to a new room where everything worked perfectly.
Easy check in and breakfast at the other hotels cafe was lovely. Location was great.
The floor was hard and felt unpleasant to walk on without shoes. There was no cups for hot water, coffee facilities were paid for, no extra blanket or layer if it was cold or more pillows etc. Just the very very basic things of a bed and shower. So very expensive for what it was.

Very good location, at Bergen's centre. The staff was very kind and attentive, we felt very welcomed. Everything related to checkin and checkout was smooth. Bathroom was good and clean. Important to note that the elevator doesn't reach the last floor, so there are some stairs to reach it.
Unfortunately, being in the city centre has its disadvantages. People were yelling and talking very loudly outside of the hotel until late in the night, which can be very annoying. That doesn't chage how good the hotel was, but it is a heads up for people that need a quiet place to sleep.
I love the location!!! Also it was clean and I had everything that I need.
I missed to have a little table near my side of the bed. There was not enough room for it. The rest was fine, I didn’t need a bigger room for anything else.
