The SPA facilities - one small and not very clean pool, one small sauna (for 2, maximum 3 people) and that's all the SPA area.

Der Komplex war in einem guten Zustand und die Ausstattung war bis auf das Fehlen der Klimaanlage gut.

Cons:

Auf der Seite unserer Unterkunft befand sich auf ca. 30 Meter Entfernung eine Baustelle mit Bauarbeiten zwischen 7:00 und 16:30h.

A beautiful, modern and relaxing place- we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 10-day stay. The apartment was very clean, modern, comfortable and beautifully designed. The pool and spa were always clean and very well maintained. The kids especially loved the PlayStation room, and although there were a few minor technical issues, they had a great time. Overall, the whole residence felt relaxing and well cared for. We would happily stay again.

Cons:

The kitchen is quite minimally equipped for a longer stay. very few utensils and no cooking pots. We also would have appreciated more towels for a 10-night stay. These were minor things and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Pros:

ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Zentrum! Die Zimmer sind groß und bieten eigentlich alles was man braucht. Das Bett war gemütlich! Die Handtücher waren super flauschig und weich!

Cons:

Sauberkeit war gut aber doch schlampig. Etwas Spinnweben im Schlafzimmer 1008, und im Bad hinter dem Waschbecken hat sich bissal das Silikon gelöst und natürlich schimmelt das. Im Schlafzimmer die Vorhänge sind teilweise nicht richtig aufgehängt, ein Teil ist aus der Leiste gefallen...Das ist tatsächlich wenig, aber doch schlampig...wenn ihr schon Geld wie in Österreich verlangt musst ihr bitte auch Geld zur Seite legen und auch kleine Dinge warten....Und der Spiegel im Gang war auch nicht ordentlich geputzt!

Ovo je mesto koje pruža pravi mir i udobnost. Topla preporuka svima, a mi se sigurno vraćamo ponovo!

Prezadovoljni smo boravkom u vašem hotelu!
Apartmani su izuzetno čisti, uredni i topli. Osećali smo se kao kod kuće. Usluga je vrhunska. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, nasmejano i uvek spremno da pomogne.
Doručak je bio fantastičan, svež, obilan i raznovrstan za svačiji ukus. Posebno hvala osoblju na ogromnom strpljenju i ljubaznosti prilikom pomoći oko podešavanja i korišćenja interneta. Takođe, veliko hvala na brzoj i lakoj organizaciji pouzdanog prevoza od hotela do Užica.
Ono što nas je potpuno oduševilo jeste njihova profesionalnost – zaboravili smo jednu stvar u apartmanu, a oni su nas odmah kontaktirali, poslali slike i ponudili da nam to pošalju.
