1BR Condotel - Forbes Town Road near St Lukes BGC Taguig

We have traveled extensively across asia and philipines for years and never had such an overpriced hotel with so many issues. We usually stay in much less expensive hotels in vietnam, Thailand, etc and they Always have hot water and no issues. The worst part is that when we immediately reported those issues the first night,  they were still not fixed when we put on hold our plans in Manila so they could come fix it. They can only come while you are there in the room. They kept saying they would come but never said we had to actually be there so it is very bad. They even came and rang the doorbell one morning and woke us up. We did not say they could come at that time. Unacceptable. The worst part is that even though the host Emna was able to see the issues she still would do absolutely nothing to compensate and was very rude.


There is a very rude maid who takes care of the room since the owner Emma is not there. She really appears to be the main issue and seems to be lazy as she doesn't prepare properly for guests and doesn't want to help. We dealt with her when we had let them know there was not hot water for the shower and that the shower head was broken and had a hard narrow spray and also sprayed everywhere flooding the bathroom. this creates a slipping hazard and makes the bathroom unusable. She was very rude and ultimately they did turn the heat up on the water heater but it was only lukewarm. It may be warmer during the day but not at night.  She refused to fix the shower head and said they can't provide hot water in the Philippines because it creates too much steam.  This is absolutely false.


We also had no streaming services as promised on the booking but they finally logged into that the last night. Only Netflix. We were there 3 nights.  They wouldn't attend to the issues.

There are three things we didn't like about our stay. First, since we're new to the area, we had trouble locating the place. It might have been our fault, but it would have been helpful to ask for directions directly, which we unfortunately forgot to do.

Second, there was a fishy smell inside the microwave, which I believe might have been left by the previous customer, or perhaps it wasn't cleaned properly.

Lastly, and this may just be a matter of personal preference, but we found the bed to be quite hard, which is why we ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

I cannot think of any. The facilities are kinda dated but are all functioning well so no complaints.
