Great little hotel with nice art-themed rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the art and decor was brilliant - especially the themes of each room and floor. This hotel is a little hidden gem if you want to stay in Bhandra. The location is fantastic for the area with some nice fancy places within walking distance but it's a bit hard to find as it's kinda tucked away.

Cons:

There was a bad smell of rotting fish which I think was coming from the drains. Not overly noticeable in the rooms but you did notice it in the bathroom. I'm not sure what they could have done to deal with this though tbh - maybe some incense or other smells to combat it?

Super hotel of the location works!
Pros:

Lovely room very comfortable, lovely spa and great breakfast.

Cons:

We spent a lot of time in taxis and Ubers. Not close to a station and further from places than we realised. Unless you want to be in Khar or near Bandra West it’s not a great location.

Funny smell in the hallway. But the rooms smelled fresh! Also they charge you even for the little coffee packets.

Hospitable, unique, clean, and accommodating - Le Sutra was a great homebase to explore Mumbai
Pros:

Le Sutra was the epitome of hospitality - the staff was kind and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was fantastic (just outside of Bandra, away from the main hustle and bustle). I stayed for close to two weeks and in that time it really came to feel like home.

Cons:

There is a bar downstairs that does karaoke on Weds or Thurs, and it was considerably loud in the room, but usually ending around 10:30pm. I also sometimes put the do not clean sign on my door and I would come back to find that my bed was made-up by someone. I appreciated the attention to detail but didn't want my stay to feel so resource intensive with new sheets everyday.

Almost great just didn't fit my purpose
Pros:

Staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. Room is cozy and comfortable. Restaurant is nice and food is good.

Cons:

Location is too noisy. If you're looking to get some rest don't go that way. Smell from outside gets deep into the room. Fan on the ceiling not working.

Pros:

Staff at Le Sutra were all outstanding, from Reception to Room Service - First class. Thank you!
There's a cafe restaurant on the ground floor and other good eateries near-by.

Cons:

The front grill cover over the A/C unit in our room was not fixed in place and it fell-out. Room Service replaced it but without making a repair to actually fix it in place.
