Our stay at coastal Cozy was really private and peaceful .I love that we had our own keys has we out alot over the weekend and could come in and out whenever we want to .The bath and and shower had both warm water which was amazing in this cold weather. They made sure we are comfortable and warm during our stay provided us extra blankets aswell as a warm heating bottle .We had access to Netflix and Ingredients to make warm beverages was provided. We had a great stay was sad to leave
They are still doing renovations so the kitchen was not ready for us yet .I did not like that the room did not have any cupboards to hang our things .
The location was conveniently close to the Century City Conference Centre, where I was attending the congress. The area is quiet and feels safe, and the people around were welcoming.

D place is central nearby waterfront. Malls are also nearby table mountain. Nearby lagoon beach which is a very nice place to visit
D parking stresses me out a bit but it was safe.
The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If I needed anything they made sure to help with that.
The gate gave me some issues a couple of times but thankfully there was always a staff member on the property to come and help.

We were accidentally given the wrong room but it was so beautiful and the extra privacy and outside area made it feel like a bonus. The transition from that room to the other one was seamless. Exceptional service. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
The cupboards in the room was a bit outdated and didnt fit the overall modern feel of the place.

The people were friendly and welcoming. And they communicated well.
The small gate key was not working. The big gate was not stable and it's always windy there. A remote controlled gate would be much better especially for safety reasons later in the day. The gate was a deal breaker. The cleaning services only once for a 5 day stay.
I did not like anything. Very dissapointing, not according to the pics. I actually cancelled when I arrived at the venue.

No presence on the premises. Monday morning no hot water to shower but I enjoyed the cold shower. No service of room while I was out.
