I wasn’t happy about the property and a health risk due to mold and damp ceiling and walls

Cons:

The property was smelling mold due to damaged and damp toilet ceiling. Due to moisture it wasn’t easy to stay in the property. I had to immediately vacate the property after less than 30 minutes of checking in. Additionally, the property wasn’t the one I booked on your website. I sent an email with pictures of the mold on the ceiling, walls and damaged ceiling, as well as rusted toilet window due to mold and moisture in the property.

The open plan kitchen is nice

Cons:

The mezzanine is a big no for me.... and the microwave didnt work and the owner couldn't fix the issue.
The other people on the premises werent to friendly either, we had a small altercation but it got fixed by the owner.

The guest house is in the middle of all the areas we wanted to visit over the weekend. Great location

Pros:

Our stay at coastal Cozy was really private and peaceful .I love that we had our own keys has we out alot over the weekend and could come in and out whenever we want to .The bath and and shower had both warm water which was amazing in this cold weather. They made sure we are comfortable and warm during our stay provided us extra blankets aswell as a warm heating bottle .We had access to Netflix and Ingredients to make warm beverages was provided. We had a great stay was sad to leave

Cons:

They are still doing renovations so the kitchen was not ready for us yet .I did not like that the room did not have any cupboards to hang our things .

Excellent and well worth the money.
Pros:

The location was conveniently close to the Century City Conference Centre, where I was attending the congress. The area is quiet and feels safe, and the people around were welcoming.

Nothing that I could recall.

Pros:

D place is central nearby waterfront. Malls are also nearby table mountain. Nearby lagoon beach which is a very nice place to visit
