Our stay was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and hassle-free.
Pros:

I had a great stay! The condo unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Complete amenities. The location was convenient, and the host, Sir Lemm was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful and quiet stay here. The unit owner Lemm was kind, and ensured that everything was smooth and convenient for me - from check-in to check-out. I appreciate that he had the initiative to message me after I made my booking, and was very easy to communicate with since. He provided clear and detailed info about my stay, about shops and good restaurants within the area. There are 24/7 convenience stores and laundry shops so close by. I liked that the room had a cabinet with hangers, and had proper tables and chairs to set up my laptop and place my things. Wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities available. Next time!

Cons:

My stay got off to a difficult start due to a six-hour power interruption on the first night (10:00 PM to 4:00 AM). The lack of power made the room uncomfortably hot and impossible to sleep in. It was disappointing to learn from the security staff that the building’s backup generators were non-functional during this time. While I understand power outages can be external issues, the lack of a working backup system significantly impacted the comfort of my stay.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Gospodarz był niezwykle miły, pomocny i komunikatywny, dzięki czemu od samego początku czuliśmy się mile widziani. Pokój spełnił nasze oczekiwania – był komfortowy, funkcjonalny i dobrze wyposażony. Dużym atutem była również świetna lokalizacja, która ułatwiała poruszanie się po okolicy.
Na miejscu dostępne były wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia, w tym prysznic, suszarka do włosów, a także dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Do dyspozycji gości była lodówka, mikrofalówka, czajnik, kuchenka, okap kuchenny oraz komplet szklanek i sztućców. Dzięki temu pobyt był bardzo wygodny i pozwalał na samodzielne przygotowanie posiłków.
Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie i bez wahania polecamy to miejsce innym podróżnym.

オーナーさんからシャワー室のドアの締まりが悪いのでと連絡がありましたが、翌日には修理していただき助かりました。
近くにマーケットやスタバなど利便性が高いので気に入っています。

Cons:

建物の世帯数に対してエレベーターの数が少ない印象がありわりと待たされる事が気になりました。

Sicuramente l'host Lemm, anche se può capitare di non incontrarlo è costantemente disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazione e sempre di grande aiuto e utilità .
Da rendere il check in molto semplice a consigliare ristoranti e quant'altro in zona e tanto altro ancora.
Ci avrebbe anche concesso un late check out gratuito se non ci fosse stato un nuovo arrivo previsto proprio per l'orario del check-in.
Alla fine abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrarlo e di conoscere la bella persona che è.

La possibilità di usare la palestra e la piscina.
I tramonti visti dal terrazzo all'ultimo piano della struttura di 48 piani.
Le aree relax in comune del condominio, sia quella vicino alla piscina che quella all'ultimo piano.
Ping pong, sempre nell'area comune vicino alla piscina.

Ristoranti, bar cafè e supermercati nei dintorni.

Vicino all'aereoporto Internazionale molto pratico e veloce da raggiungere.

Di sicuro un buon punto di appoggio per i soggiorni a Manila

Cons:

In casa a volte si sente un odore strano e forte molto probabilmente dovuto alla gestione condominiale dei rifiuti, infatti lo stesso odore sembra partire proprio dal corridoio che conduce all'appartamento.

Purtroppo non c'è la possibilità di depositare i bagagli da qualche parte nella struttura nel caso si arrivasse prima dell'orario check-in o, nel caso, anche dopo il checkout.
Sempre che la tua prenotazione si incastri con quelle degli altri ospiti, altrimenti Lemm è sempre disposto ad aiutarti lasciandoti usare l'appartamento anche oltre o prima degli orari prestabiliti.

Muy comodo y limpio. Anfitrión fantastico.
Pros:

El lugar esta muy bien, es comodo, iluminado y limpio. La piscina y el gym son buenos,el condominio es seguro y tranquilo, los ascensores un poco demorados. La ubicación buena, cerca al aeropuerto y facil de enonctrar en grab. Sin duda lo mejor es el anfitrion, un hombre muy amable. Volvería a quedarme aqui si regreso a manila. Gracias por la hospitalidad.
